I had the floors and staircase refinished in my house from a natural stain to a dark stain. Oakland Flooring made it a pleasant experience. I have dealt with contractors before and have been strung along so I was very cautous dealing with Oakland flooring, but it wasn't necessary. They were concerned with the same things that I was concerned with (ensuring that we were available to meet with them for colour matching to other hardwood in the house, worked very hard to meet timelines - even though it looked like they were going to be late they managed to get the job done on time). I am a satisfied customer, their staff do a great job and are friendly and professional. I would shop there again (very likely will) and I would recommend to my firends.
