Ok Service, Could have been better - respond

“My initial opinion about this company was that it was ok. I took them about 10 minutes till they helped us out. They also seemed under staffed and very unorganized. I went in to buy some pipes for the bathroom that I am renovating, and the person that helped me out was somewhat knowledgeable about their craft. Overall, if you want to shop for pipes, I wouldn't recommend this place, simply because of their unorganized demeanor. Avoid if you can. ”
