Removing the Burn in Image - respond

“The person I spoke on the phone with said they were able to eliminate all of the ghosting on my TV. I thought it was bogus, but tried it anyways. When I got there, they denied every claim to prevent it since it was not possible. I thought it was very unprofessional like of them to even claim that they can when they can't. Avoid at all cause considering my experience with them.”
