“I decided to redo my living room and change the couches and general look. Sandy, one of the decorators at Ethan Allen, was very helpful with choosing pieces that were complementary and fit the look I was going for. I ended up purchasing two matching couches and a rug. The rug actually had a pull in it when I received it, and so they happily gave me a new one; in the end I also ended up purchasing the damaged rug at a discount.”
