“After a storm it seemed that our cable box outside was broken so we called up Cable Data Voice Inc to take a look at it as we had no idea what was going on with the box itself. They sent a technician who confirmed our suspicions that it was the box but it was just that part of a wire got a bit fried and frayed so that was replaced that day very quickly. Our tech was very professional and courteous and even taught us a bit about our box so we could do it ourselves next time and save the money. ”
