Great Value and Customer Service - respond

“We bought 2 couches for our new home, we decided not to have them deliver, we picked them up ourselves. However when we got them home we could not fit one of them in the front door. We called the store and the manager said he would stop by on his way home to help. He showed up about 20 mins later and my husband got the couch in the door. There was no charge, what great customer service. ”
