Started out nice - respond

“My wife and I bought what we thought was an expensive but very comfortable and nice looking tan cloth, over sized, stuffed couch. Little did we know that the stain protection, cost extra, does nothing against our dog licking her paws and getting it wet. We now have nice water stains. After just a few months, the firm back and seat cushions are now too soft and sagging to provide the same firm comfort we had liked about it to start with. Overall we are not happy with how quickly the cushions broke down. Imaging if we had kids... ”
