Excellent Renovation Job!!!

Basement Renovation We hired Dreams Downstairs to complete our basement renovation. We were extremely impressed with the finished product. The quality of workmanship is excellent! The project was completed on time. I would recommend Dreams Downstairs without hesitation. We liked their quality so much, that we're going to invite them to quote on installing our wood fence next year (we live in a new subdivision, and our block will be having fences installed). Basement Reno Nick and Iryna worked diligently and steadily throughout the project. We were impressed at how hard everyone worked! When we had any concerns, they were addressed almost immediately and we appreciated the constant updates (even though we could see that things were getting done daily). Bathroom These guys are small, which makes them less expensive and much more willing to cater to personalized projects. My wife was excited to have our bathroom look exactly how she imagined it and on a budget, too. The woman who designed everything, Iryna, really knows how to put together a great look for less. We enjoyed the attention to detail as well.

basement renovation We were expecting a baby and actually wanted to move my husband's office into the basement and convert the office into the baby's room. We took care of the room ourselves - it just needed some paint, but the basement required more work. We needed to divide the space into an office and storage and still have it comfortable enough for my husband to work. sauna We were visiting my cousin in Toronto in their new home and were very impressed with their sauna. They obviously had a wonderful contractor and when we found out the rates, we decided we just HAD to invite them to do our home in Rochester. We weren't sure how to arrange that, but my cousin took care of everything - and now, we have the sauna we always dreamed of! Nick, the contractor, had only two weeks to complete the entire thing but he managed to finish everything and leave the place spotless! Thank you!
