“When we purchased our house I didn't notice but the previous owner had wired the fan to run continuously on the furnace, Advantage Air Tech was nice enough to come over and re wire the furnace so that we could control the fan and turn it on and off at our will.”

Furnace york - respond
“This showed up in a search as one of the York brand authorized dealer as I would like to replace mine with the same brand. The guy showed up on time for the estimate and expalined thoroughly including all the eligible rebates. The installation guys showed up a week later right on time. They know what they were doing, they finsihed the work (installation of a new furnace) in < 4hrs and the only thing I need to do after is sweep the floor. Nice work guys.”

Watch out for this SCAM - respond
“I had contracted them to inspect my 20 year old furnace. The technician showed up 1.5 hrs late. He then, in quite a hurry, inspected the heat exchanger and told me it was defective. Not knowing any better I believed him. He told me it was defective and would have to be shut off and red tagged and that a sales guy would bring me the red tag. I made an appointment with Doug who showed up at my house and he tried to sell me a furnace. He didn't have the red tag and told me he wasn't sure why the technician hadn't attached it to the furnace like he was required to by law. I really had a bad taste in my mouth at this point so I called around and got multiple qoutes. I ended up using another contractor and now have a great new furnace. When they took out the old one they mentioned that it didn't look too bad and put a camera inside to take a look. As it turns out the furnace was not defective and I could have potentially used it for a few more years. Do not trust this company. This, in my opinion, is a SCAM and borderlines on FRAUD!!! ”

Good Experience with this Air Conditioning Company - respond
“We found this company in the yellow pages and this company was the only company willing to give us a quote in person (no one wanted to come and give us an estimate). They were excellent--everyone on staff liked the owner (which really impressed us) and There were no delays, they came in on budget, they replaced something they took off (they upgraded us and didn't charge us too much for that). I recommended them to 2 neighbours!”
