No one else will inspect my home! - respond

home inspection I had John inspect my home when I purchased it 6 years ago. Most of what he recommended was done, and his predictions were so accurate. I've recently had some water seepage, and before calling a plumber to rip my home apart for an astronomical fee, I called John back to re-inspect. The problem is minor, and as it turns out, the ONE thing I hadn't done of the recommendations he made. Before anyone does anything to his or her home, my recommendation is that you first have John out to inspect it!

Home inspection John is a really good guy who actually cares about his work. He helped us not only with our inspection but also gave us references for other tradespeople - even six months later. He is very knowledgeable and won't advise you to do anything that would cost you money unneccesarily. That makes us really happy!

Home Inspection on purchase John did the home inspection on a home that I was purchasing. He was on time, and took his time during the inspection. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. He answered all my questions and his information helped me to make decisions about the renovations and timing of a few of the projects that I was planning to undertake after moving into the home. During the inspection he had a sense of humour and made this almost a painless experience. He forewarned me about what the possibilities of potential problems in something he saw so that I was not overwhelmed when we did find an issue. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

Home Inspection Our real estate agent recommended John to us to do an inspection on our first home.

He came on a -20C February day and was very thorough, knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything to us. He even managed to get some rock and roll analogies into his evaluation!
