April rocks!
Decorating We had to move into a house ten days before Christmas with two children and a dog. Both my husband and I are decorating challenged and really needed someone to help with the children's rooms as they were both upset about the move. April worked with the kids to help them pick colours that they liked (but were reasonable to live with), get curtains, little accessories and otherwise turn their rooms into comfortable spaces that they felt they had contributed to and she did all of this while staying within a really tight budget. She also helped them choose really interesting and stylish pieces that were still child appropriate and importantly made it fun.

Organization of Home Offie After 3 years of living with an office -- that I don't think I could really call an office because it really was a dumping ground with a desk and computer in it if you could make your way through the piles of "stuff," I was at the end of my rope and could only continue adding to the mess and never figure out how to find the time or actually how to organize it so I would just close the door and hide it. As a writer it wasn't a place where I could be creative and the guilt of not cleaning it up would always take over. Finally I came to the realization that I was never going to be able to do it, especially not alone. I decided to find a professional organizer and I was extremely fortunate to discover April Poppe, No words can explain how April came in and with the skill of a master, she took control and transformed my space into an incredibly beautiful office. With ease April took the existing mess and found ways to find simplicity out of the chaos. I now have a space in my home that is a retreat and love being in and I have April to thank for that. Not only did April transform my office, but she taught me life lessons that have helped me organize other rooms in my home. I would recommend April to anyone and everyone as her ability to take a complete mess and magically make it disappear is amazing. She is fantastic!

Bedroom and closet organization with minor reno April is great to work with.
I was looking for something different and with little direction, she completely re-did my bedroom and closet. April organized all of my junk, making it beautiful in the process! She knows where to get good quality furniture for reasonable prices and she works very quickly. In less than two weeks I had a new bedroom and closet! Thanx April!!

Various - she is good at everything! April is exceptional in all respects. Attitude,attentiveness, responsiveness, dependability, flexibility, knowledge...We have now completed a number of projects together, and she has always overdelivered. From basement organization to wardrobe renewal, old equipment disposal to photograph filing and costume party sourcing....what can't she do? With April, arduous jobs are completed with alacrity and enthusiasm. Her smile and sense of humour,along with her considerable talents have made me a devoted member of the April Poppe Fan Club! Keep it up!

Office organizing Working with April Poppe, was excellent! She meets with you to understand your needs, then sets a plan, budget and time line that suits your needs. She motivated me to get started on a project that was long overdue and the results were awesome! No more need to procrastinate, she will get things in gear and before you know it you will be organized!

basement and office renovation I recently had the pleasure of working with April Poppe on the renovation / organization of my basement and office. The whole experience was great. April is wonderful to work with, she allowed me to be as involved or not in the whole process. She was fast, resourceful and an absolute joy to have in my home, making a job that I had been avoiding from many years quite fun!!! The result is a new space that seems twice the size, three times more efficient and oh so lovely.
