Dissatisied with Bath Mart service. - respond
“We as seniors needed to have someone to do renovation work to our bathroom and replace the kitchen tap. The Bathmart owners came and we had a great rapour with this couple. We decided without looking further to sign a contract with them. Our bath sink and cabinet needed to be replaced. We had to call a couple of times to find out if they were going to start the work and when they did, the lower cabinet was brought with the drawers on the wrong side. It was replaced with another wait. The counter was poor quality (faux marble)and scratched easily. We were promised some spray coating but did not receive it. The wall mirror-cabinet was smaller than the old one so more work needed . A price was agreed upon to apply paintable wallpaper. It was never applied but paid for.The wall was sanded and painted instead. One mirrored door did not have a metal magnet but in it's place was a little round sticker that works as long as the glue holds, which is about a week then it falls off. The wall was done beautifully but there were seven areas where the work was very poorly finished and not a neat job at all. The kitchen tap has a soap dispenser which failed to work after the soap dispencer bottle was 1/3 empty. These people are aware of my dissatisfaction and said "just a minute" left the house and would not take any calls from us. That was four months ago. We needed to complete the unfinished work ourselves and call Moen to replace it.”

Bad Bath Replacement - respond
“We just moved to our bungalow. The tub was 45 years old and needed replacement or glazing. Unfortunately I have everything bad things to say about this company, sales pitch was excellent, nothing else was. Promised work to be finished by Christmas, Still isn't completed on Jan 20, 2006. Plumbing took 8 hours. Salesperson then changed his story saying that we should go with new tub instead of reglazing. Also poor workmanship. We still haven't heard back from them.”
