Binns installed our kitchen almost 20 years ago. Recently, the built in Miele fridge died and needed to be replaced. We were not able to source the exact same size fridge and were contemplating a complete kitchen remodel or selling the house; neither of which was an acceptable solution. We called Raymond Binns to discuss our dilemna and he came to our home to assess the situation. The company was able to take out the existing cabinetry and rework it so a new larger fridge would fit in seamlessly. Thank you Brian for the excellent work on the cabinetry and thank you Raymond for such fantastic service!

Binns Kitchen and Bath installed our kitchen about 3 three years ago. It was a new built open concept house with a big kitchen that required a lot of thoughts in the design. The project was coordinated and completed professionally. Minor service requests had always been attended promptly and efficiently. We are very impressed that they stand behind their products and workmanship. I was greeted warmly by the owner's nephew and the owner. They demonstrated that they valued us as one of their clients. The Project Coordinator was friendly and always able to schedule the service call, even after more than two years, promptly and professionally. I am very happy that we had chosen Binns to install our kitchen.

Ten years ago, Binns did a great job at renovating our kitchen. When the Hansgrohe faucet started to leak recently, they researched the defective part and replaced it, without even charging for the part--since Hansgrohe had not charged them! Now that is honesty! They've also recently done our bathroom and we have complete confidence in their design skill and especially the project management provided by Patrick.

Binns is an excellent, professional company with excellent workers. We had our bathrooms renovated 10 years ago. We were very happy so now we had our kitchen renovated. We met Raymond . He was very helpful. He designed our new kitchen and answered our questions very patiently. We learned from Raymond to ask for 'less expensive' options not 'cheap' ones. Pat, Adam, Collin and rest of the team were all very nice to work with. We highly recommend them.

I have had a Binns kitchen for 19 years. The quality is 2nd to none and looks brand new . It survived two teenage boys, a flood and never a broken hinge . Quality never goes out of style . Everyone that comes to my house loves it , Well done Keith. and thanks again Brent Schwalm

Binns Kitchen designed and built our kitchen some 23 yrs ago. We recently acquired a refrigerator that advertised a height which should have cleared the normal 70" space. Unfortunately, its hinges caused me to forfeit use of a two cupboard module above it. I approached Keith Binns and provided several pictures of my dilemma. Within two business days, Keith provided a solution. His highly qualified cabinet builder Colin came onsite, removed the module, took it back to the shop, re-engineered it and returned within his promised timeframe. Twenty minutes later, Colin had repositioned the module and even helped me level the refrigerator. Excellent service by Binns over 23 yrs. Their initial design is still lauded by friends and strangers.

In 2002 we had out kitchen renovated by Binns, who designed it with a lovely selection of cabinetry, appliances and granite that have certainly passed the test of time. The kitchen still looks brand new, and is a lovely spot to entertain friends and family. So when we decided to do both bathrooms in 2010 Binns was again the obvious choice. And again we were not disappointed. The bathrooms are unique and again have stood the test of time, and look fresh and contemporary. The Binns team is highly professional and competent. And Binns are not just there until the conclusion of the project....the customer service that we have received recently for an issue we created when installing a new appliance, which may otherwise have taken weeks for a company unfamiliar with the cabinetry, was remedied in days by Binns. Binns demonstrate that they are there to ensure the client remains satisfied with the outcome through many years of use. Remarkable Service from a remarkable team. Thank you, Binns.

My daughter introduced me Binn's Kitchen and Bath Designs and from the moment I walked into their showroom, I knew this was the Kitchen company I was going to have do my kitchen renovation. Two supporting walls had to be removed and the process was handled in such a professional manner. Their professional designers paid attention to every detail and the design was perfect. Nothing was missed. The cabinetry is beautiful. The selections in cabinets, countertops and hardware were endless. Beautiful quality in all products. Hands on service by the staff and always available should there be a question or concern. I would highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.

My original kitchen renovation was completed by Binns in November 1999. A couple of weeks ago one of my built-in appliances stopped working. I was unable to find a comparable appliance that fit into the existing space. Raymond Binns helped me to find a quick and economical solution. I was very pleased and impressed that the service and support that I received from Raymond (and his project team) for my minor cabinet modification equalled what I would have expected when doing an entire kitchen renovation. The company was very professional both in the design stage and the construction stages. I live in a condominium and the management found the workmen very cooperative and respectful of the condominium's rules. The workmanship was excellent. Binns stood behind its workmanship and completed any necessary warranty work in a timely and satisfactory manner. I continue to use them for any upkeep work necessary.
