I was so happy I called Burrell to inquire about a replacement garage door. Joe was very helpful in finding a match for the existing door and came out to verify and measure. Jacob installed the door and did a terrific job. Excellent service all around and I would highly recommend them!

Started with a service call to Burrell doors they arrived within 30 minutes of placing the call . I then spoke to John in sales very professional, knowledgeable great listener who took his time with me and directed me to the the appropriate products including the new liftmaster opener with a cam. Installation was done by Jacob who was very precise and clean a professional all done within the time frame he indicated. I Highly recommend the opener with the cam works like the ring door bell also is infrared. Refreshing to get all components of service and sales coming together. Highly recommended .... We were very happy with the recent installation of our garage door. The installer was very professional and knowledgeable. Burrell was even kind to send out another crew days after to install the weather stripping colour that was more appropriate for the overall look of the completed work. Great service right from the begining. We were shown a variety of garage doors and found one that suited our needs. They came when they said they would, and installed the door in a good time frame. The garage was spotless when they left. The door looks great. Very happy with it and would definitey recommend to family and friends.

The corporation used their services to install new gate arms for the amount of over $9,000.00 with one year warranty. The equipment they installed failed and caused damages of $2,950.00. Tried to communicate with them to find a possible solution.....Their reply was very rude and arrogant. Not worth working with them. You know who is good and who is not good ONLY when something goes wrong and the way they handle the problem and NOT when everything goes well.

I haven't required their service for a number of years, but recently I needed them for a spring that snapped and they were over next day and their technician Jeff, repaired it with military precision. He also replced a broken overhead unit, with one I had in the shed for many years (gift from my father-in-law) and happened to be the same type, in no time at all. They are simply the Best at what they do!! Keep up the great work!!

After reviewing many options, Clopay, RW, Doorlink, Dodds and trying to do my own research, I called Dave from Burrell Overhead Doors to get a quote. I thought I was convince I was going to buy one type of door. I spoke with Dave and he pointed me towards another manufacturer who I wasn't aware of that addressed my requirements better. Not only did he steer me in the right direction, this manufacturer was offering free windows. So the price was right. Yeah!! Installation today was great! Arrive at 9. Done by noon, just like Dave had indicated. They left the site clean. I am very happy!

Ordered two custom arched cedar carriage style garage doors with lights. Door installation was very good. Ken and Mike were great to deal with. Doors look amazing. Will use again.

We have experienced problems with our garage doors - the cable breaking, motor not functioning, etc. Burrell is an excellent company to deal with. The repair men we get always give us hints on how to keep the doors in good condition. The price is always reasonable and they usually come the following day.
