I hired Canada Wide Plumbing to replace a leaking P-trap under my kitchen sink. Flavio, the plumber who came out, was excellent. As he began the work, he discovered additional issues that required immediate attention. He took the time to clearly explain and show me the problem, and it was clear the repairs were necessary. While addressing that, Flavio also found and fixed another issue caused by a cleanout that had been left uncovered by the previous owner. I’m incredibly grateful for his thoroughness, professionalism, and honesty. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly. I highly recommend Canada Wide Plumbing, and especially Flavio, to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable plumbing service.

Both my kit drains were severly clogged. No amount of drain opener was working. Flavio arrived and evaluated the situation and decided to work on this problem. He decided not cut pipes and worked the clogged drain using various methods. After 2hrs of work the Brian's were flowing free. Amazing job done. If there were more that 10 stars I would give them all. He is one plumber you want on your speed dial.

Bathtub water would not turn off? I immediately cut off the water to the house. We called Flavio and in less then 60 minutes he popped in and was able to fix the problem on the spot, one and done. Flavio truly went above and beyond to handle a complex job for installing a new hot water tank for our cottage in Georgian Bay. First off, he was willing to take on the job for us and drive 1.5 hours north of Toronto, outside of his normal service area, as we had trouble finding a local contractor to handle the project. He made arrangements with his suppliers to have a new hot water tank and required materials delivered right to our door early in the morning and showed up in the afternoon to complete the install. He endured extremely difficult working conditions to go down into a vary narrow crawl space under the cottage to run new PEX lines to the hot water tank and took extreme care to remove the old tank and install the new tank in a very tight space in a small closet adjacent to the bathroom. His work was very neat and professional looking and he took the time to clean the working area when he was finished. He even assisted us to reassemble the closet door and shelving around the hot water tank once the install was complete. Thanks for another great job Flavio!

Flavio is an awesome source of knowledge and advice on plumbing. He's helped me with direction on laying out my basement bathroom. I will definitely ask him to come by the house to do the work needed in repositioning the drains, vent and water lines for that project.

I connected with Flavio through another trades person I had used for electrical work. We had a leak in the master bedroom shower that was coming through the front entrance ceiling. Flavio quickly determined that the wrong drain type had been used in the shower. He found a work around that 4 months later is still working and will allow us to do a more permanent fix on our timeline.

Felavio was first introduced to us by family for whom he did the entire plumbing as they renovated an older home. My wife and I have had Felavio inspect the property we were purchasing as it was also old. He came at short notice, extremely thorough, has fantastic equipment which he used to inspect every single drain pipe and called out irregularities with the original plumbing. He also took the time to explain to us and the seller in a very professionalism manner and broke down all the details, along with repair options and price estimate in writing, all in a days time. His due deligence protected us from potential water damage. My wife and I swear by him. He is honest, professional, excellent at his job but also most considerate. We now have been working with him for years and he is always reliable and even follows up after each visit to ensure full satisfaction after a job done. He is also great cos of his overall understanding of construction and building codes and will go the extra mile to ensure customer is well informed. I can go on and on but in a nutshell, in an industry where it is difficult to find reliable professionals, Felavio is a gem. Highly recommended.
