Excellent workmanship

Cabinet refacing, replacing countertop, doors, drawers The folks at Canlik are very professional. They came when scheduled, did a fantastic job putting the laminate on, solved minor issues as they arose, installed the new doors nicely, etc. Vincent, the onsite leader, was amazing. He really knows his stuff.

Initally, two of the new doors were not the right size; however, Canlik ordered two new doors and installed them.

The silestone countertop, which was fabricated and installed by a subcontractor (Maple/Stoneworx) had a crack in it. Canlik worked with me and the subcontractor replaced the countertop with a new one. The only problem was, when installing the second countertop, the subcontractor did a terrible job of caulking the sink; there was some epoxy showing and the silicon was poorly done and looked horrible. Michael from Canlik came out and stripped the excess epoxy and silicon and recaulked with silicon -- the result was very professional. Michael had been out to my house once before to remove my old countertop before work began. He, like Vincent, also really knows his stuff.

The office staff, Belinda and Gloria, were wonderful to deal with. They did their best to address any concerns and were very helpful in dealing with the subcontractor.

Impressive Performance in Work & Materials

Kitchen Renovation Having compared alternatives like superstores (Newspaper accounts of bad work by a supposedly reputable superstore’s contractors—not quickly or satisfactorily addressed—were not reassuring.), Canlik still gave greater value. For the same price range, Canlik provided granite countertops versus the former’s laminate, plus better cabinet materials and woodworking. When asked, the contractor they suggested for floors and backsplash also did quality work. Both were professional, including being on time. Obviously researching kitchen displays and books should help one. Yet Canlik could still add suggestions. Their continuing exemplary customer service started from initial discussions. We didn’t feel any sales pressure even then, yet all our questions were answered. We feel very confident in recommending Canlik. Even with good-looking alternatives in mind, we recommend—given the cost of renovation and even client stress—to still check out Canlik.

Kitchen Refacing Project I don't think it would be possible to give anything but a glowing review for this company. They really delivered on exactly what they promised. My father recently wanted his kitchen renovated but didn't want the cost and hassle of a complete renovation. Hearing about Canlik from a friend he decided to try them out. They provided a kitchen facelift by replacing the existing doors and adding finishing touches that made the kitchen look like brand new for a fraction of the cost and much less inconvenience than a full gut renovation. And the product installed was done on time and exactly according to the original contract. In addition, the staff and installers are excellent to work with - they are there to help their clients. I cannot think of a single thing that the could improve upon - they really do deliver on what they say. Thanks again for a great job to everyone at Canlik. I will recommend you to anything thinking about a kitchen renovation or refacing.

Kitchen Refacing and Cabinet Modifications and Laundry Room Refacing When we discovered the Canlik booth at the spring 2007 Home Show in Toronto we were thrilled! Their refacing concept was exactly what we were looking for! One big bonus for us was their ability to resurface our existing Corian counters which we loved
and wanted to keep. We scheduled an appointment right away and have not regretted our decision to work with this company.

Victor provided great suggestions for our kitchen and laundry room renovation, while listening to and respecting our wishes. We took our time to pick out the kitchen cabinet and island paint colours and antiquing stains, and at no time did we feel rushed when in the showroom. Once we were ready, work was started as promised and completed on time. Our installers were extremely qualified and hard working. We are pleased with the quality of the materials we chose and the precision with which they were situated. We were consulted on every installation decision for which we were grateful. We love our new environment.

kitchen refacing and partial remodelling Canlik did a kitchen reface for us in January of 2007. Included in the reface was the addition of a range hood cover and some pot drawers. The sales office was extremely helpful with the design and colour choices. They provided a sample door in the paint colours we chose so that we could determine if the colours would work for us before proceeding with the job. When times were set with everything from the initial consultation at our house to the actual installation, Canlik showed up on time and met their deliverables promptly. Their expert staff were friendly, available and a pleasure to work with. Canlik is a company we would definitely use again.

Kitchen refacing and renovation We hired Canlik to renovate our kitchen. Their rep offered constructive suggestions and provided a good plan to achieve our goals. They arrived when promised and finished within the estimated time frame. The workers were very neat. The quality of the cupboards is very good. We made an adjustment to the plan midway with no problem. A couple of small problems were dealt with quickly with a positive outcome.

Kitchen cabinet replacement Excellent job highly recommended. Very professional sales staff. Installers are fast and thorough although there could be language barrier but not a big issue. Company's prices may not be the lowest but should not be a deterrent if you're looking for the right contractor. I already got burned earlier for another job by picking the lowest price. Not again this time. If you want excellent product and services for kitchen renovation, CanLik is the way to go.
