My household bought a series of tiles from Centura. As per my last review, we found the company to be great - Sean our salesperson was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient. A fantastic representative and a pleasure to deal with. Furthermore, the prices were the most competitive. They have a solid range and as a national organization, are able to special order tiles also. I am writing again because we reached out to Sean at Centura again today, as we miscalculated the number of tiles we would need. In a flurry, I contacted Sean this morning to see if there was any way to expedite the order (our shipment was a special order so had to come in from Toronto). Sean was again, simply brilliant. He went over and above to help us obtain the tiles quickly, maintained the original competitive price point, and was simply a professional: helpful, courteous and a credit to Centura. Thank you - Centura Tiles is genuinely a great place to go to if you want honest, genuine assistance and brilliant after sales standards. Thank you again, I would give Centura an 11 if I could.

Sean was one of the reps we engaged with in our quest for tiles. At the first interaction, we appreciated his approach - not pushy, informative, helpful and creative. As it was a process to get the right tile I spent another few weeks scouring tiles. There are heaps of tile stores around Burnaby but some of the tiles are lower quality, and/or the service is questionable. After going to a nearby one on Canada Way, which quoted us a higher price than Centura for the same tiles (and then requoted another higher price the following week), we knew that Centura - whilst not aggressive in advertising its wares - is rock solid with pricing and advice. Sean was another stellar to deal with - a real pleasure and made our customer experience a pleasant and safe one. We are thrilled with the tiles he recommended, with the associated mosaic pattern. Sean called us as soon as it arrived - and just a big thanks to Centura for helping us with one piece of this often stressful home renovation project. Cheers.

We wanted the look of natural stone ( for a back door entry connected to a laundry room, and a front door entry hall ) but without the upkeep and the woman who helped me went out of her way to suggest different patterns in various price ranges and actually persuaded me to select a less expensive floor tile because she thought it would coordinate better with the fixed elements in the room. She was absolutely right and I am very glad that we went with her suggestion. Ordered the tile and it was available for pick up within the time stated (delivery was an option which we decided against). The day for pick up arrived and I had sprained my hand...the boys put all the tile in the back of my truck for me...without complaint. For price, selection and customer service I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Quality of tile has proved to be excellent just as described....we live in the country with 3 dogs and dirt, grit, sand and salt are tracked in all year long...the tile has been in place for 2 years now and still looks beautiful!

Centura has excellent quality flooring. I just made the purchase here but did not have them do the installation. They get 3 out of 5 for customer service since they were not extremely helpful. But if you know what you want, it’s great.
