Last week I had CN Furnace come to my house and clean my Furnace and ducts. I had two friendly gentlemen show up in clean blue uniforms. They got to work promptly. One of them worked on my Furnace. While the other worked on cleaning the ducts. I had a good experience with this company. The guy working on my Furnace answered my questions and seemed knowledgeable and professional.I would recommend them for your Furnace cleaning needs. I liked that they worked around my skeduale and showed up on time.

The boys came and did the job efficiently. Some ducts were missed but we're happy to do them . Had the van packed up to go and asked if they had done the dryer but had not so had to unpack . We're very friendly

Never use this company. The old lady who books appointments is really unprofessional and rude. We hired CN as a promotion to clean vents but were upsold also to clean the heat exchange. We brought another company in for other maintenance and they were shocked at all the residue and mess that was NOT cleaned or vacuumed. We were told that CN litterally ran with out money and not servicing was performed. Never again will we get CN to work on our furnace.

Wow, only read this after having my ducts cleaned. I was happy with the job I got...really can't complain. The guys that came to my home were on time. I feel like I got my money's worth...I'd use them again.

Two guys came in with their vacuum - they were friendly, however are not trained or equipped to do the cleaning. They simple have this none powerful vacuum. They also cleaned my dryer vent, but pulled the water hose inadvertently. I didn't realize that water was leaking until they left for a few hours. Water leaked onto our basement. They also upsold us to clean the heat exchange - definitely not worth it. Avoid like a plague.

95 year old mother was solicited by this company to clean furnace. Upon arriving checked furnace and diagnosed faulty gas control valve and intermittent firing of furnace, also said gas shutoff to furnace leaking. Used vacuum hose to clean forced air heating ducts. This same company cleaned heating ducts previously 6 months ago. I tested for gas leak at shutoff and found no leak evident. My understanding is that licensed gas fitters are obligated to 'red flag' a furnace unit that is leaking gas - no red tag was evident on or near furnace. This company replaced the furnace motor on their previous call to 'clean the heating ducts' and charged my mother over $500.00 for parts and labour. After reading other posts here it is apparent that this company does a low ball price appeal through mass advertising for heating duct cleaning and then up sells customers with services or parts that are not necessary for their furnaces.

Two men came in to do service in July 2014. As the skinny person working on the furnace, he said we have to change motor and pressured us to spend extra $300+ dollars which we disagreed as we know it all working perfect. we just changed the thermocouple ourselves recently. They were so mad and left doing something to the fan inside the furnace. It won't shut off or it was not heating. so we paniced. called the office and explained what happened. so, the lady said not to worry. they will come back and fix it right away. guess what? they came back within in an hour and fixed it. when the skinny guy came back he had something very small in his hand . we believe he took that piece with him when he left earlier!! so scary.. didn't put an official complaint which we should have done. the office lady apologized so, we just let it go. They again tried to sell their service last week and reluctantly gave them another chance on another property because of their cheap rate and the outcome is the same. scare you to death re: code, parts etc. So be careful.

There were 2 guys that came in to clean the ducts and the furnace. Not sure if they realized the the furnace was not gas as they were trying to do some repair that I questioned. Had to have them come back as they promised to do the dryer vent and they did not. Friendly and I assume the vents were done properly

Two guys came to do the work. One working to vacuum the ducts, the other to clean the furnace. It was clear their angle was to have us pay for a "take apart" furnace work which would cost a lot to do. We declined. In the meantime, they did not have the right equipment to clean the ducts and used a simple vacuum hose which would not clean the ducts that far in and would not agitate any dust to clean out the venting system. They did not even try to clean from all the vents and left many of them untouched. The two guys did not seem professional at all and did not seem "with it". I would not use them ever again nor would I recommend them to anyone that i care about.

2 guys came to clean the air ducts. They were friendly, but did not look professional at all. They vacuumed the air ducts with a hose that they pushed down the ducts and that was it. They said more expensive companies tape up the air vents and then vacuum the ducts, but their method with a vacuum hose was just as good and effective as taping up the air vents and vacuuming. I was not at all impressed with how they did the work and would not use them again nor recommend them to others.
