Not my cup of tea - respond

“I find the service to be somewhat unprofessional. The sales people/owner are rather on the "rough/unrefined" side & not very enjoyable to deal with. I didn't find a lot to choose from in the way of window coverings other than the typical blinds. We were looking for fabric coverings and they had one type they seem to do over & over with little variance.”
