prompt and efficient service
“Elliot and his team were excellent! This review is long overdue as the work was completed in October. The whole process went very smoothly, including the installation -- which was tricky. The framing of our house isn't what you would call "stellar" so they had to make adjustments to the shelving. I like the product, and there is flexibility as the kids' grow and their needs change we can change the configuration around (more hanging space, fewer shelves). Great job! Thanks guys.”

Great Experience
“We found this company by an accident (noticed the sign when drove by their Thornhill location). After doing some homework (including reading reviews on www.homestars.com) we chose this company and are we ever pleased with our decision. Professional, punctual, very reasonably priced, no B.S. service, delivers on promises. We got great advice that enabled us to make choices that were best for us. The day of installation not all of the parts arrived on time. Elliot quickly made necessary arrangements and organizer was installed as promised. Elliot was also able to deal with ease with our wavy walls and floors as well as luck of studs were one would expect/need them. Six month after this installation we invited Shelving Outlet to install closet organizers in all of our closets throughout the house. Again, a very plesant experience. Excellent job. Very happy with the result. Definitely recommend.”

Shelving Outlet Rocks My Socks!
“I'm a student living in an apartment in downtown Toronto. My parents were nice enough to pay for Shelving Outlet to come install closet organizers for me. The job they did was better than anything I could have imagined. Now I have no excuse for throwing my clothes on the floor. I will definitely hire them when I finally buy my first house! Disappointed with the follow-up
“Disapointing follow-up has tainted an otherwise solid job. Marty promised to replace a damaged drawer a week after installation. 5 weeks later and after leaving a number of messages without receiving a return call, my frustration level keeps climbing.”

Fast & efficient crew
“I called Custom Closets hoping that they would be able to do a fast closet job while my wife was away. When they came to measure I decided to do three closets as long as we could stick to the same tight deadline as before. Their team was excellent from start to finish. Custom Closets that can not be beat
“Outstanding I had custom closets made for 4 bedrooms, 2 linen closets a front hall closet and may pride and joy - my locker room style mudroom. The was about half of anyone else and the service was incredible. Half way through the project I asked for some changes and they were done perfectly, right away and at no extra charge. I would recommend these guys to anyone. ”
