Des O'Leary Disposal

Removal of debris after a new door put in and deck built I called Des based on the reviews I read on this site. I wasn't disappointed! He took the call on the first or second ring, offered to come around the same day to look at the job and was at my home within the hour. As he felt it was a relatively small job (it only took about an hour), he did it right away. Before he started work, he gave me a breakdown of the cost (his cost, dumping fees, etc). I have used other companies in the past, especially some of the larger disposal companies, and I must say I was quite surprised at the price Des quoted. It had to be at least $100 to $200 less than I would have expected to pay some of the "bigger guys." So, I would use him again and I'd recommend him to all my friends and family. And on top of all that, he's a really nice guy and fun to chat with! You can't go wrong with Des.

Des was great

Construction Waste removal Des took four full loads of construction debris out of my garage. He was a really nice guy, did a great job and left the site good as new. His price was very reasonable and his estimation of how many loads he felt I would be paying for was bang on. I'll be calling him again for more work.

Picked up old decking This is my second time using Des' services for junk removal. He is just so nice and honest, it is refreshing! Rather than guessing what the dump fee would be (he could have made it much higher and I wouldn't have known), he dumped the load, brought the receipt back to us and we paid him then. He is a great guy!

Old school small business customer service

Garbage Removal after renovating the second part of our basement You simply do not find service like this very often, especially in the garbage removal business.

We called Des in the morning and he offered to come that afternoon, we agreed the next day would be better for us. He quoted us on the phone and when he showed up he told me I overestimated how much I had an lowered his quote by $60!!!! That's 20% and he didn't have to do that, I would have never known.

His daughter came along and she is an absolute sweetie as well, my wife spent time chatting with her and is convinced to put our children in her dancing classes (she's actually a dance instructor and just helps out her dad when she's off) when they're old enough.

Des gave us some great tips on recycling ideas when he was there too and things he thought could be salvaged he double checked with us before he tossed them (we had a full sheet of drywall still intact, we told him to take it for himself or give to a contractor), he said thank you and did just that.

If we have more junk to get rid of, there's no one else we'll call. And we've tried a few other removal services, some are great too, but Des has the service, price and attitude that will keep us coming back.

Des O'Leary comes through again!

deconstruction junk removal This is the second time I've used Des O'Leary's service. I called him Monday, and he booked me for the very next day at my request. He arrived right on time, and with my help (for which Des gives you a discount on his price)we had the junk loaded within 10-15 minutes! Des is always willing to work out prices if you have more than one load to do, and his prompt service and timeliness is bang on! i'll be calling Des again in the future...

Half the price of the big guys, twice the fun

Half a backyard filled with basement demo detritus I must say that Des O'Leary is all he's cracked up to be and more. Friendly, prompt, inexpensive and quick--he even raked up the leftover debris left on the grass. I too helped Des load, but I have the feeling he'd have made quick work of it if left to himself. Have confidence in this man!

Junk Removal I called O'Leary disposal on Dec 22 after completing a renovation and asked if they could possibly clear out the garage before Christmas. He arrived on Christmas Eve at 8am and, together with my husband, unloaded the junk in our garage in about 10 minutes. Pleasant man and reasonable price. I would definitely use again.
