“Utilizing a tankless water heater, heating was extended to heat floors. Dan thoughtfully came up with a plan to save me money by allowing and explaining some things I could do myself. His employees phoned before coming.They cleaned up after the job was done.While completing my part of the project I pulled up some of the tubing. I asked Dan about letting me staple it back and he immediately sent one of his crew to staple it for me. This company is great! If you know anything about running a service oriented business with crews of people it is not an easy task.Dan commands perfection and politeness.No hesitation recommending this business.”

The finished product is fabulous, there is no going back to regular heating!

“This was a big project for our family. We had lots of questions and concerns. Dan (the owner) spent a LOT of time explaining the pros/cons and making us feel comfortable with what we were doing. The work crews were great and the project went reasonably smoothly. We do not regret the money spent on this efficient system. It is a fabulous way to heat a house (Warm feet all winter!!). The tankless water heater (hot water on demand) and radiant heat are the same unit and mount on a wall therefore freeing up a significant amount of floor space in our small basement. ”

Would recommend Ecotech Hydronics any time.

“Over the three years that these projects were done including the installation of a HEPA filter system, I kept going back to Ecotech. They would always listen to any concerns I had and would respond positively and quickly with full information. I've had one minor warrantee call, and it was handled quickly and without question.”

Very Poor Heating/AC Company

“"They came out to view the job (owner) inspected the job out. Sent his staff to install equipment. They had problems calibrating their equipment. After several days they found a remedy but I had a gas leak. And several calls to the company resulted in 48 hrs later that they sent a staff member to fix the leak and to check out other problems. Problems arised that the owner got his staff member to sign the gas tag. The staff member did not have a gas ticket. Further investigation to the TSSA revealed that the gas tag # did not exist. However the gentleman did have a gas ticket. I just want to say for my own safety and my family's, the company ecotech hydronics Inc put us in danger for 3 days. And a report has been filed to the TSSA. In sumarry I would not recommend this contractor to work in his field.”

“All work was done according to TSSA standards. I contacted the TSSA regarding the customer, they know me and didn't feel a site visit to inspect was warranted. All my staff are current G2 licensed gas fitters and I have their licenses to prove it. We bent over backwards for this customer, he never called after the job was complete to say there were any unresolved issues. I have a note from the customer thanking us for "outstanding service". However, the customer refused to pay upon completion, held back $2500.00 for over thirty days, which is against the law, and then put a stop payment on the balance without once contacting my office or my cell. My customers will testify that I am available anytime to resolve any concerns, but this customer never called my office or my cell to discuss any issues he MAY have had. I have asked for proof and any bills showing there was a leak in the work we did, he has yet to send me any proof that he had to get anything we did fixed. This was over 4 months ago. Obviously, no proof exists, or he would have supplied it by now. I finally had to put a lien on his house to collect the balance. The money he owes us is still not paid. This is the nightmare type of customer that will say anything to avoid paying a legitimate debt. I had a bad feeling from the start because of his bartering attitude, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong....”
