Front windows and door We recently had our front door and windows replaced. Anthony took his time and explained the different types of window options and recommedations for a new front door. The customer service was exceptional. Anthony drove around the neigbourhood to show me the different doors and styles to insure I was happy with my choice in front door. Quality service and product--our bedroom is now a peaceful retreat

soundproof windows My husband and I purchased what was to be our dream home. However, after moving in we quickly noticed how loud the traffic noises were, especially in our master bedroom and ensuite. We back onto a major traffic intersection and the constant hum of the cars, plus the booming engines of trucks and buses were very annoying and often woke us in the very early morning hours. We contacted Dave of Encore Windows and from the start he was very professional, informative and answered all of our questions about soundproof windows thoroughly and honestly. Installation was done by Issy, who also answered all of our questions, and was very professional and surprisingly quick. The sound difference was noticeable right away; we could hear our television without having to raise the volume really high. The first night was even strange because we weren't used to such a peaceful and quiet environment. We can now fully enjoy our master bedroom in our dream home!

Custom Storm Door. We needed a storm door for the front and didn't want something that looked like a storm door. We live in an older neighbourhood and wanted to ensure that the door didn't take away from the character of the house. We dealt with Dave and he was just amazing. He understood exactly what we wanted and when the door arrived, it was exactly what we had expected. Dave took care of every detail. The door had to be custom made because our front door is not a standard rectangle shape. We've received so many compliments from neighbours and they all say that it's the most beautiful storm door they've ever seen. I would hire Encore again.

Replaced all Windows and Doors We wanted to replace our old rotted wooden windows, ugly doors and broken garage. Encore was our one stop shop for everything. Windows and doors replaced

Window, garage door, front door replacement Encore was referred to us for our home renovation. Dave explained the various options and cost factors for each window. We decided to replace 17 windows, the front door, and garage door. The quality of workmanship and product is excellent. Not only do the windows look great, but our energy consumption will be reduced and we qualify for the energy retrofit rebate.

Dave personally came by at the end of job to show us the features and explain the warranty. I would recommend Encore.

An Industry Anomily!

Windows I was pleasantly surprised when Encore came in and gave me a quote for the work I needed done on my home.

They were friendly, professional and true to their word. Anthony gave me a price, an estimated date for delivery and installation and all of it was exactly as he had promised. In the time it took for them to complete the job, I am still waiting for 2 other companies to come back to me with their quotes.

Needless to say, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone thinking of getting some work done to their home.
