Technician Michael was pleasant and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, after over a month of searching, he was unable to locate a matching motor replacement.
My primary issue, however, was with the office's communication. After three weeks with no update, I spoke with Brian, who promised to get back to me after consulting with Michael but never did. A week later, I spoke with Kayla, my initial contact, who made the same promise and also failed to follow up. When I called the following day, neither Kayla nor Brian answered my call.
While I understand the challenge of sourcing a rare part, the consistent lack of communication and unprofessional response from the office are unacceptable. Consequently, I sourced a fan from Amazon and had it installed by a different technician. It has been working perfectly.
