Basement renovation and Garage organizor Jon has done two projects for our family. First was a complete basement job as a sub-contractor thru Owen Corning. Second was a Garage Organizor system.

Jon worked with our plans and created a basement that we enjoy tremendiously. He made suggestions as the worked progressed which resulted in minor chages which we are very happy with. He was a great sounding board for ideas and advise/suggestion. Both projects were completed ontime and on budget, no surprises.

We were on a very tight timeframe with the basement, Jon worked diligently and alot of extra hours to meet the timeframe that was agreed to for completetion.

Jon proved to be professional, very reliable, dedicated, detailed orientated and easy to communicate with. This resulted in great work and a very happy customer..

Basement Finishing by JDF Renovation & Organization

Owens-Corning basement Finishing System We decided to have the basement walls finished with the Owens-Corning Basement Finishing System and the sub-contractor was Jonathan Faria of JDF Renovation & Organization Inc.

The work was done precisely to the cost that Owens-Corning had determined. There were no additional costs associated with the work.

He described everything that was to be done very clearly and concisely. Any written communication was very understandable.

He arrived on the job site when he said he would be here and if he was going to be late, he let us know. Trusted him with a key so we would not have to be at the house all the time, key returned immediately after job finished.

He described everything that was to be installed, including the framing for the product, crown moulding and baseboard. I did the additional electrical and he described how he needed the boxes installed and clearly marked the studs that could not be used for box placement.

When the product was installed, he gave instructions and a demonstration on how to remove the panels and how to clean them. After the walk through we noticed that some of the corner detail was not properly set and Jon came back and re-set them.

Jon also gave us some suggestions on planning how to finish the rest of the basement, including to draw out a design with furniture placement to make sure that what you have thought about will work.

Highly recommend JDF Renovation and Organization

Garage organization I have the smallest one car garage in the universe. The problem is that I needed to fit my car, two bikes, sports equipment and my kayak in this tiny one car garage.

Enter Jon Faria. In little over a day, he rigged a Harken Hoist to the roof of my garage to store the kayak and laid slot (or slat) wall on two walls of the garage. Presto! I was able to fit all my stuff into my garage no sweat. Next challenge. . . let's see if we can fit a mini-van in here. . . (Just joking Jon)

Jon is a hard worker, he is meticulous, honest and his quote matched up with the final cost of the project. I would most certainly recommend him for any garage project you have in mind.

Kitchen Renovation JDF Renovation & Organization did a great job! Our kitchen remodel came out perfectly, the workmanship was first rate.
It's a pleasure to deal with a company that puts it in writing and delivers on time and on budget. All of the trades were courteous and the work site was kept clean and neat at the end of each day. Jonathan was very professional and pleasant to deal with and really listened to what we wanted to acheive and offered a number of great suggestions about the design and budget considerations. During each stage of the project, I was kept informed and given helpful suggestions when decisions were required along the way.
I would have no reservations about using JDF Renovations & Organizationin the future or in recommending their services!

Garage organization From first contact to final delivery I found Jonathan faria at Garage Evolution Inc. to be very professional and thorough. Garage Organization We received a mailing from Jon from Garage Evolution about their garage organization services and products.

We knew Jon, because we had chosen him to renovate our basement 4 years ago when he was doing home renovations. We made the basement decision because he had broad knowledge/expertise and spent the time to offer many helpful suggestions to improve our basic design he followed up with an impressively detailed design plan and pricing estimate he provided a fixed bid his time-line was aggressive and had built-in checkpoints to ensure that we were happy with the progress. We were extremely happy with the quality of the finished job (which still generates compliments to this day) and were very pleased that Jon delivered the job on time and on budget. We were also impressed with Jon’s worksite manner, as he always maintained a clean, tidy and organized jobsite, and was very pleasant to deal with.

Jon’s mailing about garage organization was perfect timing. We had been trying to address storing the bikes and other equipment from our two growing children, garden tools, and parking for two cars. We had looked at Home Depot, but found their stuff to be low quality and of limited selection. Jon came out to our house, made some suggestions, followed up with a design plan and reasonable estimate and we gave him the job.

And the result? Garage Evolution installed PVC slotwall on both sidewalls of our garage – an easy to clean, kid-tough solution that is very nice looking
