Shoddy workmanship and lousy service
“This company is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my decades of owning a home. The defective humidifier they installed flooded my basements. They came by the next day and fixed it, but I was left with major flood damage - they only paid for cleaning a few Persian rugs, but would not pay for the ruined rugs and other possessions, nor cleaning. I tried to contact them for years afterwards (this was 2001) and they just never returned my calls/letters. DO NOT use them!”

“This customer had existing water damage and the minor water leak as result of defective manufacturers fitting did leak onto one area rug which was cleaned however did not lead to nor was the cause of any other pre-existing conditions at this site as alleged.”

Gasman salesman good, install average
“Salesman was knowlegable and helpful, responded quickly and accurately to queries. Installer argued about agreed on location of compressor unit, spliced new unit into existing old line set. Salesman explained that use of the old line set was typical, but I would have preferred to have known this in advance.”
Price & Advice
“The install was explained as per standard industry straight exchange procedure. As in replacing a gas furnace, the existing duct work remains utilised. As replacement of a radiator in a car, the existing hoses & piping are still utilized. Install was facilitated accordingly.”
