In 2005, we contracted with Goulimis Construction to replace the knob and tube wiring throughout the house, finish the basement and install a home air conditioning system in our radiator-heated home. They did a wonderfully professional job. We have been enjoying our new home ever since. 5 years later, December 2010, we replaced our boiler. One of the radiators - the one that Peter installed for us - would not warm up. We simply couldn't eliminate the air lock. We placed a call to Peter looking for help. He acted immediately by sending the very same plumber who installed the radiator 5 years ago to come over and correct the problem for us. Peter came by also to check on us. We highly recommend Goulimis Construction to anyone needing renovations. Peter will ensure that the work is done properly and backs it up with "cradle to grave" service.

We purchased a blank canvas... a brand new home but the interiors were unfinished leaving us to create our dream home. We worked with Peter and his team, to design and create a high quality finish that included 8ft high custom mirrored doors designed to match the Georgian windows of the house, installation of 5 fireplaces throughout the house, separate in-law suite in the basement, marble bathrooms with towel heaters and underfloor heating, building of a double garage designed to accomodate 3 cars with a lift, in-ground pool and custom patio, special security features on doors and windows. We turned a basement apartment into a home office, complete with working kitchen & 3-piece bathroom. Peter's suggestions re: colours & products truly helped to make the project an amazingly gorgeous one! We are now planning to renovate our main bathroom, & are counting on the same quality of workmanship as before. Tiny 3 piece bathroom went from 1942 fixtures and finishes to contemporary. Project included, tiled walls, marble countertop and backsplash, new fixtures and fittings, new millwork and doors, reworked window and storage as well as new insulation. Work was carried out efficiently, with all phases covered, including temporary toilet facitities.
