Workshops Are Good To Attend - respond
“First review didn't go in properly so here it goes again. Attended 2 Workshops. Tile Installation & Basement Workshop series. Time Installations given by Ram. Probably most knowledgeable, great guidance for materials & processes to go through. 5 star instructor. Basement Workshops - attended Saturday series of marathon workshops. Excellent instruction. Again they tailored the sessions to my needs and to others. Feel more confident to tackle jobs. ”

“We had a problem with a cat peeing on carpet and this man listened to us very carefully and recommended a stick on vinyl flooring that looks like laminate but is totally waterproof. Amazing guy and product!”

“We openend the contractor account to get discounts on purchases on Home Depot account. Once opened and went there to purchase lumber the next day, it took over 30 min. for them to locate the acct. with head office, looking for local manager to help while we were anxious to get back to the project. However, still they did not find the acct. & the cleks went around and gave up on helping. They did not provide good customer services at all and we ended up using visa cards to buy products just to get out of the store. No apologies or any forms of customers services were offered.”

“When I walked into the Home Depot, the people were not very friendly and did not give you personable service. It is a good store but the service has deteriorated in the past couple of years. I would go back because of good selection and return policy.”
