I am so impressed with KING OF FLOORS. The service I received from Jake was fantastic. Jake was helpful in making sure that I had the correct amount of flooring needed for the floor plans that I presented & advised should I not need all the flooring, that any extra unopened boxes were returnable for full refund of those boxes. After storing my flooring several months for me, my floors are now installed & I returned a few unopened boxes & to very pleasant staff who completed my returns within minutes .. A total class act. Thank You King of Floors for being such a fantastic business to deal with. You certainly have made my day a happy day ...

We highly recommend KING OF FLOORS for purchasing laminate flooring for your home or investment property. We found a beautiful shade of laminate flooring within our budget, thanks to the help of a staff named Paul. Please look for Paul when you have questions, because he is so knowledgeable on floors and takes the time and care to help you select the right floor for your needs and budget. We chose a beautiful light grey laminate called the Swiss Krono brand at King of Floor's huge warehouse, which is made in Europe. I was advised by a friend to make sure to purchase laminates made in Europe or United States for best quality. Paul was very patient with my decision on the flooring, because I had to work within a timeline and allotted budget. I can tell Paul takes very good care of his customers and he does follow up as well. Their flooring goes fast when there are sales. Originally, I chose a different floor, and it sold out later as a hot seller at King of Floors. Paul showed us other floors that were within a similar price that looked close to the one I wanted, and it looks just as great (or maybe even better) than my first choice. We chose SWIFT FLOORING for the laminate floor installation and they did a wonderful job putting in the new floors at an excellent price. Now the home looks and feels much more updated. Take a look of my photos of the before and after shots. The old laminate was a very yellow and scratched up floor, damaged by rental tenants. The condo belongs to my mother as her investment property. Take my advice now, don't invest in doing condo rentals, because if you get bad tenants, they will treat your home badly. I have no complaints about King of Floors. The only thing I wished though was that I could have seen the King with the cape and crown like you see in the ads. :) Thank you Paul for the wonderful customer service, answering my many questions, and helping us see this through from beginning to end.

BUYER BEWARE!! This is a very bad product! Quality is very poor and we didn't go with the cheapest one! Interlocks are half broken in the box, the pieces aren't cut straight and you can't make tight seams. It cracks so easily. Save your money and time and don't buy this garbage flooring.

We bought flooring from these guys had to wait about a year to install about 8 months later large cracks started to appear went to see if we could get warranty HELP they said it had been to long and that we should talk to manufacturer GERMANY. GD LUCK WITH THAT THEY travel the world so you dont have to Thats so they dont have to stand behind the PRODUCT THEY SELL STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!, ONCE YOU BUY YOUR ON YOUR OWN,!!

Firstly I highly recommend King of Floors. There service is excellent, and there pricing is reasonable. HOWEVER There Installer ( LAZAR ) promised he was good at his job and he paid attention to detail. This is how his work turned out 1. He put two approx. 18 inch gouges in our walls 2. He broke our bathroom tiles which in turn caused us to have to put new flooring in the bathroom which we had not planned on doing. Then he had the gall to want to charge us for removing the tile and the toilet. 3. He broke our bed 4. He broke our fridge door handle 5. While he was levelling the floors he splashed cement on our walls, dishwasher, stove, fridge and patio door track. 6. He also choose to clean out his cement buckets and throw the cement in our flower beds. 7. He told us he would cut the bottom of the fireplace stone so he could slide the floor under so you would not see any gaps. On his initial install he did not do that leaving several noticeable gaps between the stone and floor. We had to fight with him to redo that floor the way he promised. 8. He refused to install the flooring on our access door to our crawl space. In closing if you want to save yourself the nightmare that we went through avoid using this installer.

Brett and team were fabulous. They gave us expert advice, sold a super product (vinyl plank) to us at a great price and connected us to the best installer. We had an all around great experience and our house has been transformed.

Jake and his team were knowledgeable and great to deal with. We visited this location a couple of times from Vancouver before we made our purchase and it was well worth the drive. Jake was very patient taking time to explain the differences with the wood. I would highly recommend this store for your next purchase!

I was very happy with the selection instore as well as the quality of the laminate since I had it in my condo for over a year before I sold my place. (Beautiful floor helped sell it)

Friendly fast service. Everyone is so friendly. Too bad that they only carry wood flooring. Would have loved to work with them for carpet for our hotel. We will definitely recommend the KING OF FLOORS.
