When my husband and I were looking to build a walkway and gardens in our front and back yards, we quickly realized that we desperately needed help. We contacted Knecht Landscape and we are so glad that we did. When we met with Markus he was able to interpret what we wanted and needed and developed a landscape plan that worked for us and our family. When the team came to do the work they were always on time, polite and more than willing to answer our questions (and we had a lot of them!) The work they did was high quality and guaranteed. We highly recommend Knecht Landscape!

Our landsccape project was completed in 3 phases in 2001/2002 and we are as pleased with it today as we were when it was done. Our project included design, paving, brick work, decking, fencing, lighting, and finally planting the newly created garden beds. The design work addressed every one of our challenges with a creative, attactive & cost-efficient solution. The quality of workmanship and materials was second to none and is withstanding the test of time. Many of our existing plantings were incorporated into the new garden design, both saving money and preserving our favourite plants and flowers. We have Marcus, Steven and crew back for one day every spring for a clean-up, tune-up and pruning to ensure that our investment is maintained and continues to flourish. We enjoy our yard every time we step into it. We would not hesitate to recommend Knect Landscape Assoc. to anyone who wants to live in and love the 'outdoor extension of their home' for years to come.

We had had another contractor rebuild our front entrance steps and change the drainage from our front eavestrough however each winter our steps would heave and the stone work cracked and came loose. We were put in touch with Markus Knecht to rectify the problems. He had no problem quickly identifying what was causing the problem. They had to completely remove the steps installed by the previous contractor and then they dug down to below the frost level and installed a new below-ground drainage system that took the water well away from the step area. They then rebuilt the steps, doing a very professional looking job. We have not had any further problems with our front steps over the winters. We would not hesitate for a moment to call them back next time we need any stone or landscaping work.

The team made our space a beautiful area. We can now walk around the house on a fabulous interlocking walkway viewing the many lovely flower beds. The patio at the walkout is just what was needed. The fountain is a spectaular feature! The work was done in a neet and clean fashion. I am very impressed with the quality of the work and the end product. Thanks to Knecht Landscaping we love our yard!

Marcus and his team are true landscaping professionals, who are knowledgeable, friendly and dependable. We have used them on two major projects and have recommended them to friends without hesitation. They are not the cheapest or the fastest, but the quality of their work is second to none, and they wil not cut corners on materrials or their workmanship. Their after-sales service is excellent, as they often by to view their work long after it is completed, and will make small repairs or adjustments free of charge.

Marcus and his team represent everything one could want in landscaping design and service. He combines an extensive knowledge of plant science and horticulture (so often lacking today) with superior design and top quality, professional workmanship.
