Lustre was amazing for our post renovation cleaning

Post renovation house cleaning We hired Lustre to complete a post renovation cleaning of our house. Our contractor used his cleaners to do a cursory job however his idea of "clean" certainly did not measure up to Lustre's standards. While many of our trades were late and over budget, Lustre delivered exactly what they promised (a "brand new" detail cleaned house) on time and on budget. I would definitely recommend Lustre.

Regular cleaning service Lustre provides a regular bi-weekly cleaning at my house. The service is excellent. Luciano and the girls go out of their way to make sure that everything is done exactly the way I like. I would definitely recommend them.

new condo cleaning Before moving into my new condo, I needed to have it cleaned as the builder did a mediocre job at best. Lustre Cleaning came in when they said they would and cleaned the place top to bottom. I swear I could have eaten off the floors. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a thorough home cleaning.

Remodelling clean-up and party preparation We just completed a bathroom and kitchen remodelling project in our home and were hosting an "open house" party the very next day. Lustre Luxury Cleaning and Services came in and helped remove all the debris and clean the entire household in preparation for our party. The workers were very professional, thorough and had a positive outlook while working. It was a pleasure using Lustre's services as the work was of the highest calibre and the people were very easy to communicate our needs. We highly recommend this outstanding service company!

Loft cleaning I work out of town a lot, and when I am busy I would never have time to do the basic cleaning in my loft. Its a larger space, about 1800 square feet, so it makes it a fair bit of work for one person. A friend suggested Lustre, and I gave them a them a try. They do a great job, even getting the dust under chairs and the art I have around my place. When it comes to the bathroom, which is th most important place I want clean, they were even better than I am with what they took care of - spotless, streak free and thorough. Makes it look brand new! If you have a detailed space like mine with lots of collectables and objects d'art, you can relax in knowing these guys take care and get those hard to reach nooks.

Prior to living in my current home, I lived in a cute, but run-down rental. Despite my continuous efforts, I could never make it feel clean. House Cleaning I had several cleaning companies and Lustre was the only one who paid attention to details. Luciano and Nick were there to ensure that job was done how I wanted it. I asked them to stick to 8 hours and they were on my budget and they were prompt to help with other projects around the house. Lustre is a great company.

Lustre Cleaning not so lustrous!

cleaning service I was incredibly disappointed with the 2 services I received from this company. I agreed to the second service in an attempt to try to give the company a second try and although the second cleaning was not as bad as the first, it was still incomplete. I was there when the ladies were cleaning and I had to ask them to move modest coffee tables or small boxes out of the way in order to get a reasonably thorough cleaning. Considering they advertise as Toronto's premium service and charge accordingly I had very high expectations. Service level does not reflect cost in this case.

Expensive and poor service

Condo cleaning for selling Recommended by a "stager" prior to listing our condo. Cleaner missed A LOT. I spent hours cleaning after her. Called the stager, she told me to call the manager/owner. He came over to apologize and promised us a free cleaning that we never received.

600 sq. ft. condo cost $150 to clean. They charged us for supplies that they didn't even leave for us to keep (bucket, sponges)
