After Service Was Exceptional - respond
“When the furniture was delivered, the wood strips joining my entrance tile to the hardwood floor and the hardwood floor to my bedroom carpet was damaged from the weight of the furniture on the dolly. I called the company and the manager of the warehouse himself came on his way to work to look at the damage. They replaced both wood strips and were very concerned with replicating the original pieces exactly . They went out of their way to make me happy and I really appreciate it. I would buy there again and have told people about the great customer service I received. ”

“I had help finding the perfect / matching color of chairs to match the table I already had. I was invited to sit down and was offered a drink while I waited for a salesman. The overall price worked out to be cheaper than most places, which was a surprise and was also introduced to the as-is section which I did not expect from a place like that.”
