    Unique Collection

    We purchased items from the Vancouver Inspiration Furniture Location. The furniture collection is unique and always good if you want a focal point or conversation starter for room. We purchased the Natuzzi Re-Vive Recliner (picture attached). Absolutely the most comfy chair ever. My lower back feel much better with it. Thank you to Michelle in the showroom for her help and recommendation!

    Solid wood Queen size bed with storage

    I love the inspiration warehouse sale. The original price for this bed is over $3000. There is a very minor ding and some scruff marks in the corners but overall no visible damages. At the sale, once you see something you are interested you can talk to the manger and give him your best offer. If there isn't anyone else interested he will pretty much agree with your price as long as you can figure out your own delivery solution.

    Decorating is not that hard...

    Lamp, accent pillows and the right vase. You would not believe what these small little items can do to your living room. And when you get them from Inspiration Furniture, you feel inspired. :-) I am totally happy with everything i found there. Thank you!

    Shopping for decor and gift items

    I had always heard about Inspiration Furniture and seen their many ads but never had the chance to go down to their West Side location, near Granville Island. So, i decided to venture down to check out their selections and was pleasantly surprised. They had great deals as well. I ended up picking up a wonderful lacquered box as well as a few cow hide picture frames, which were highly unusual. Their staff were gracious and helpful, as well as knowledgeable about the product lines. I will be going back again.

    Couch

    I was able to purchase a couch to fit my small condo withexactly the shape and material that I wanted. The only issue was it took a little longer than i expected but otherwise i am very happy with it and my experience.

    Very happy with my kitchen table

    To complement the excellent look of my new kitchen, I went on a shopping spree for a kitchen table. We all know that we have many options when it comes to furniture... which makes it all so hard. But some stores succeed in setting themselves apart from others. Inspiration Furniture is one of them. I only needed on look to know that I am in the right place. Of course, it is all about taste, but I felt lucky to find something that matched my taste perfectly. Thank you! :-)

    horrible customer service

    Beaware of this place. Once they ring something through and you happen to change your mind, even within 10 seconds, they will charge you a restocking fee (even though they haven't pulled the product from storage yet). It was most ridiculous experience I've ever had in a store.

    Dear Nina. Sorry you had a bad experience. We strive not to pressure our customers to buy, until they feel certain of their purchase. Please allow me to clarify our Return/Cancellation policy. If an order is cancelled the same day as purchased, we do not charge our 10% cancellation fee, unless the product(s) has been picked up and the original packaging is disturbed. Our Return Policy is: "Any cancellations and returns will be assessed a 10% handling charge." The policy is printed on the front of our invoice. Our 10% charge partially covers "open box" discounts offered on products out of original packaging, as well as credit card fees.

    found an area rug which i totally fell in love with. love how inspiration staff members are always good with feedback, and my rep was very patience with all the requests i made. it took a little long to have my order come in, but the end result - fabulous!

    Accessory for the home

    I recently bought a new mirror from Inspiration for my home, I received excellent service from the sales people here and love all the furniture they offer here. Will definitely be back for more.

    Table

    Great service. Love the table we bought and it's a beautiful compliment to our room. The sales was very helpful in suggestions and helped us pick the right color and style for our dining room. We also got matching chairs and decorate our living space beautifully.
