Not only did they clear it, they found the cause (roots from a tree on City of Vancouver land that was damaging the sewer line) and went out of their way to prove to the city that it was the City who was responsible, and that it wasn't one of the trees on our property that had damaged the city sewer lines. They saved us $6,000 in sewer replacement which the city had wanted to charge us.”
