Moveworks Inc. is a full service moving, storage, and packing company specializing in local and short-haul residential moves.
We are dedicated to providing the best possible service to our customers…every time. We coined the term smart move.
A smart move starts with an honest and accurate inventory, or “cube sheet,” of your goods. The Moveworks Inc. representative who visits your home is charged with the responsibility of completing the inventory as well as assessing all other aspects of your move and noting all special circumstances. Some of the “special circumstances” would include pianos, large appliances, art objects, and truck access. This information is passed on to the operations department so that, when they plan your move, they will know which crew to send on which truck and with what equipment. A smart move is the result of good planning followed through by experienced and trustworthy personnel.
We understand the inherent stress associated with your move and also understand that to choose a mover is to entrust everything you own to strangers. We take this trust very seriously.

always the best service and best price, reliable and stress free
“Pre move and moving is a challenging project and I have moved 4 times in the past 7 years. Move Works have done the job for me all 4 times. I know I don't have to agonize about any part of the physical move or be all emotional over the organizational part of the move. I avoid the stress totally. No questions of how to move each item, how to pack the truck, who will drive it, no listening to arguments about the best way to do it, no providing the food and drink. No noise, no stress, and it are really quick and easy. I can relax that day and let them take over. I make the call, get the estimate and wait for them to take care of me. It’s really is a blessing to know that they can take care of me. And they do. They are on time, quick, cautious with my belongings, friendly and reasonably priced. The stress stops as soon as they arrive, the move is done and I am ready to continue with my life as normally as possible. I hear some horror stories about moves and I am glad I don’t have to worry about anything with Move Works on that day or with billing issues. They are the only people I would trust and the only service I would use to move my possessions. I would and do recommend them. ”

moveworks was quick and easy
“Moveworks worked hard for my family, I would recommend them to anybody. Ours was a big stressful move, the movers were humorous and good-natured - they even carried the huge glass-top from our dining room table up six flights of apartment stairs, because it was just too big for the elevator. The dinning room table seats 10 people, I can't imagine how they did but they did. Moveworks was on time and within budget. We are very happy with the move. ”

“Moveworks did a great job of packing and getting us to Ottawa. We were concerned that all our stuff would not fit into one truck, but did not want the expense of two. The team that packed that truck was brilliant! Everything went in and nothing was damaged, even though the truck travelled four hours and was not unpacked until we took posession of our new home the next day. Thanks, Moveworks!”
