I used Moveworks Inc twice. Once in around 2011 to move from Mississauga to Etobicoke, and recently in March of this year to Brampton. They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone

MoveWorks came recommended to me from my Realtor. The estimator came over and was a little abrupt with me when he walked through my home listing everything we had. He also said that the movers would come at 8:00 AM on our scheduled day. The price quoted was very reasonable and easily beat every other moving company I contacted. In fact MoveWorks was the only company that guaranteed that the final cost would not exceed their estimated cost. Three guys came in a big enough truck to handle everything at 9:00 AM. The two non driver guys did most of the heavy lifting and were extraordinarily helpful while the driver wrapped everything and took things apart that needed to be taken apart. The trouble started when he tried to take apart my wife's treadmill. It took him well over 90 minutes to do it while the guys finished loading the truck. In fact we had to wait around for about 30 minutes while tried to figure out the treadmill. He had no idea what he was doing even though he said that he had taken many treadmills apart in the past. I was moving from Mississauga to Trenton so I knew that there would be some extra travel time, but it took them almost four hours to drive to Trenton. I know there was traffic on the 401 through Toronto, but it took me only 2 hours and 45 minutes to get to my house in Trenton and I drove the same route they did and I rarely go above 105 KPH when I drive. When they finally arrived, the unloading went well and nothing was broken. The treadmill was again another matter. The two non-drivers works very hard while the driver tried to put it together with a great deal of difficulty. He got upset with me when I questioned him if he knew what he was doing. Finally, when it was all put together, I asked my wife to try it and the treadmill blew the circuit breaker because there was a short circuit somewhere and the treadmill didn't work. I contacted Anne with all the difficulties caused by the delay with taking apart the treadmill and the treadmill not working and she promised me that she would make it right. She also offered to discount the move as we were well under the estimated time because I had taken over so much of our stuff before the final move with MoveWorks. I got an estimate on getting the treadmill repaired and the estimate was more then the treadmill was worth, so Anne and I agreed on a value of the treadmill and she sent me a money order for the value we agreed upon. Because MoveWorks and Anne stood behind their promises, I would not hesitate to recommend MoveWorks to anyone needing movers and more importantly, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Ann and her teams have always been super professional and trustworthy! We have used their services atleast 5 times as well as recommend her to all of our friends and family who have also been very satisfied. We will definitely continue to use them for all moving, packing, and logistics services, thanks Ann for always being so timely and caring!

I want to thank Moveworks for a well executed move from Brampton to Niagara Falls. We had been dreaming about moving here for about the last 10 years and we finally did it. Moe and his crew were polite, efficient, and very professional. We will be recommending them to our friends who are all now retiring and moving. Thank you so much.

The team that handled my move was excellent. Very experienced. Polite. Worked quickly. Dealt with some tricky situations getting larger items into the basement calmly and efficiently. One of the drawers in my new executive desk was damaged during the move. I had purchased the optional insurance, so I contacted Moveworks. The damaged drawer was repaired within a week. Very happy with the service. I would definitely use this company again.

A nightmare!!!!!! Damaged many of my beUtiful pieces. Broke my Grandfather clock Overcharged from the original estimate. .The clock cost $600.00 to repair. A beautiful lanterns was smashed to smitherines. Not replaceable. I called a number of times but no reply. Finally they Offered a refund of the $300.00 overcharge. That was a month ago. I would not recommend this company . BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE!!!

I moved from Mississauga to Burlington and I had a lot of 'stuff'. This company was completely professional - they disassembled all of my furniture, packed it carefully - and reassembled everything perfectly. They were great to deal with, the guys who did the move never even took lunch - they worked a LOT of hours and never complained. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM again. They made a stressful day so much easier.

Dear Moveworks, Thank you for another wonderful move. This is our 3rd move in 7 years and again, we were totally satisfied. The service was excellent and the price was fair. I do hope not to be moving again, but if I do I will call Moveworks again. Thank you to Paul and his crew. I will be continuing to recommend them to my family and friends.

We hired Moveworks Inc. for our recent relocation. I cannot stress enough how unsatisfied we were. Items were broken with no compensation, workers were completely unprofessional. Movers threw water bottles to each other across our new home, asked for food, asked for a tip as they had just finished loading the truck at our old address; job was half done. We could literally not believe that the move team did not have the address of our new home nor did they have a GPS; we had to draw them a map to the new abode. The crew tried to charge us extra for the move at the end of the day stating the move of our piano was not included in the price. My husband brought out the quote - piano included. Nice try. Contacted for compensation for only one of a few items either broken or damaged; cheque is continually "in the mail". Sorry, but we've dealt with a lot of true professionals as a result of our move (contractors, painters, flooring installers, etc.); Moveworks was not one of them. Owner is a real salesman; words don't match the - lack of - service. The only reason we went with Moveworks was because they were recommended by our friends; they were horrified when we told them of our experience. Neither of us would recommend Moveworks to anyone.
