Final cost was more than the estimate
“The work itself was appropriately and professionally finished however the final invoice was about 30% over the estimate. The quote stipulated a certain number of hours for the job but I was told that the actual work took longer and therefore I had to pay extra. Updated: While I appreciate your response here, unfortunately at the time of the job, I was not given an explanation, and the person providing my invoice indicated that I had no choice but to pay such an amount. I hope that in the future, the invoicing and estimate persons could communicate better so as to avoid this type of problem.”

If the quote you were given specified certain times and job functions and it ended up 30% higher there could be several reasons for that, so if you could contact our office we will be more than willing to review your estimate and invoice with you. Good work
“Completed work order was good but took a bit longer than anticipated Worth it in the end. Satisfied with service and attitude of service people. Was good on supply and install, willing to bring materials in for job which saves time and effort. Good recommendation if you're too busy to do jobs around the house.”
