installation of new kitchen faucet Great service. Mr Rooter had a technician to us within 1 hour and Chris was very friendly and competent. He found the problem quickly and replaced the faucet. He completed the job quickly and left the area spic and span.
We would highly recommend both Chris and Mr Rooter.

Not worth

Plumbing I only needed to fix leaking drain pipe in the basement, but it cost me about 400 bucks and left the trash in my basement. I have to take time to clear and fix the drywall.

Frano Sain was/is fabulous!

Drain repair We had 2 drain back-ups in our house. Frano cleared the first one and was very helpful in explaining the issue with our drain. After the second back-up we decided to go with his advice and have a liner put in (no-digging!). He was very quick to respond and set up an appointment. He & his team handled all the paperwork with the City for the tree rebate and completed the job while we went to work. A couple days later Frano came back when we got home from work so we could see the completed job at our convenience. He is very accommodating and knowledgeable! He is even going to come back in a year to show us how the new fiberglass drain is holding up... right Frano? ;-) Thanks again!!

Fixed drain and toilets problems Two other plumbers came before and the problem appears again, he came found the problem right away and fixed it for good. also the washroom finish cleaned as new, very happy with the service.

plumbing problems This gentleman was very helpful. He noticed probiems in the bathroom that I was unaware of and showed my son and I how to fix things. Chris did a excellent job. My kithcen and bathroom sinks are running smoothly again.

Brian Saved the Day!

Within the hour Brian arrived, tools in hand ready to investigate the source of our plumbing mishap. With a lovely demeanor and warm smile Brian did an exceptional job. I will not hesitate to call Mr Rooter again for such impressive service.

Checked backed up sewer The first day we moved into our new house the sewer backed up. We called several companies to get someone to come immediately. Unfortunately we didn't think to call Mr. Rooter first and another company had started the job before their rep came. However, he checked it out and told us some questions to ask the company doing the work, offering to come again with a camera to check it out. The other company had said we needed to rip up our basement floor and replace pipes inside the house as well as the outside pipes they were already working on. The Mr Rooter rep, with his camera, told us it wasn't necessary to do the work under the house - saving us over $10,000!! Thanks Mr. Rooter! We'll call you first next time.

Experienced estimator saved me big $

clay tile under concrete floor replaced with PVC pipe My basement drain backed up and I had Mr. Rooter camera the drain pipes in the basement floor. The TV image saw roots from a tree in a section of old style clay tile pipes at the front corner of the house. They gave me the option of digging outside or inside. Because my basement was temporarily empty, I picked inside saving my concrete driveway. The work was done in one day and included the concrete floor being repaired. Two men worked all day to dig up and replace 5 feet of clay tile with PVC pipe. Another big plumbing company wanted to replace the entire system for 9-10 grand. That may have been the perfect fix, but the very experienced Mr. Rooter inspector clearly explained, and showed the clay tiles were in good shape and did not need replacement. There were no surprises, and the company is very professional. My renovator recommended them so that shows they are respected by the trades. Now my insurance company can rebuild my basement rec-room.

Exceptional service

Roots in drain. I was amazed to find an honest company that is looking out for the best interest of the customer. They told me the honest truth, which was that the roots were on the City property and that the city would need to repair. They did not try to get me to dig on my property line (were there was no problem and would be costly).

What happened was that they came out to do an estimate of how much the dig would cost (since the city said the roots were on my property) but when they scoped it with a camera they found that it was in fact on the city property. They didn't even charge for the scope. Excellent and honest service is what I received. A different contractor came out to give me an estimate (after I told them not to come, that Mr Rooter told me that it was on city property). That contractor told me to dig anyways cause eventually the roots will grow to my property line and wanted to scope it for $350. That didn't make sense to me because that wouldn't fix the blockage I have on the city property line, which was why my basement was being flooded. That company (which I really feel like naming) was trying to rip me off.

Mr Rooter is the only company I'll call for any future problems I encounter. Thanks so much Frano.
