leaking faucets Santino came in and did it again!!!!! Saved the day from the annoying constant dripping from several different faucets that were keeping me up all night. Thanks for helping me keep my sanity!!

Bathroom and kitchen renovation I recently moved into a new house and experienced a number of problems with my plumbing. Thumbs Up!

Basement Renovation Job well done guys! I decided to turn my empty basement into a 2 bedroom basement apt, with a full kitchen (w/dishwasher) and 4 piece bathroom (including bedet), and New Wave did an A1 job on the plumbing stage of my project. There was quite a bit of work to be done because of layout, however they gave me a great quote and good time-line for completion which sealed the deal. After the finishing-stage, one thing that was very evident was that this company takes a lot of pride in what they do and it definately showed in the workmanship. Because I live in a newer home, I've dealt with other trades-people for upgrades and additions to my place and these guys were the best bar-none. Now if I could only get them to build my deck...

Unhappy Customer...

Not Satisfied I find it hard to believe all of these previous reviews when I am very unhappy with the service that I recieved. I will keep this to the point, as I feel that I was overcharged for my service. After my job was completed and I had researched the price of parts, and had spoken to other plumbing companies. I have definately learned that you must call around and speak to at least 3 other contractors before choosing one.

Great work by New Wave.

Broken toilet valve and leaky sink drain Steve really helped me out of a bind. After taking out the toilet and sink in the bathroom so the painter could have easier access to the wall, I tried to reinstall the toilet myself and ended up over tightening and snapping the water valve right off. In order to fix it we had to turn the water to the house off. When I called Steve and told him the problem he said he could come and fix it right away and he did. While he was there I made him check that I'd reattached the sink properly, and while I had, I'd broken the drain seal, so he had to weld that back together. Steve was professional and did a great job. I really appreciated his prompt service. Thanks for the great job Steve!

Steve & Santino were great!

Bathroom renovation Steve & Santino did all the plumbing involved in our 3 bathroom major renovation. We ran into unwanted surprises (pipes where they shouldn't be) but they found a way around it. They also fixed problems with plumbing in our Kitchen from past renovation. They were pleasant, efficient and got the job done. I would recommend them without hesitation and would use them again when needed. We wish you both continued success.
