We cannot recommend INVISION too highly. Our relationship began several years ago when, unable to complete our order, another flooring company left us in the lurch. INVISION stepped in and did the job, right at Christmas. Roy and Dov have come to our rescue more than once since, most recently providing quick and personal response when carpet installers damaged our new flooring.
Our 100 year old home presents many installation challenges which INVISION's experts take in their stride. The work is done professionally and perfectly. Prices are fair and the INVISION sample showroom must be one of the finest in the city. We unhestiatingly recommend INVISION if you are looking for personal service, attention to detail and careful workmanship.

Having the guys from Invision Hardwood & Decor install our hardwood floors has been a great experience. From the moment we entered the Store, Dov was full of helpful information. A home visit and estimate were handled quickly. We had 660 square feet of flooring yet only 1/2 box of wood left over [very accurate]. We had another company handle the railing replacement and when that company's time line slipped Roy was able to quickly accomodate rescheduling us to the following week. The installation took 3 days and was a neatly done installation.
Overall we were very pleased with the entire package from invision Hardwood & Decor. From the 1st step into the store till the final board being installed it was a very good experience.

We were a first time buyers and had no idea where to start considering all renovations our town needed. After going crazy in several department stores, we found Dov Brandes who taught us a lot about flooring. The rates were very reasonable, the floor was installed before and faster than we thought it would be, and the work area was pretty clean when I got there. We are very pleased with the choice we made!!

My wife and I recently hired Roy and his team to refinish the upper floor of our house. It was oak strip flooring and it was in relatively rough shape. Invision did an amazing job all the way through the process, including the quoting, scheduling, advice, refinishing and project follow up. They aren't the cheapest service, but they are well worth the extra money. I would highly recommend them.

Roy was one of the most comfortable sales rep I have ever dealt when I need to renovate. He gave me excellent ideas and was extremely knowledgeable with respects to the products he sells. Excellent choice I made!!
