The work was extensive: a new kitchen, 3 bathrooms, travertine and hardwood flooring throughout, interior doors and hardware, lighting, windows and exterior doors and a high-efficiency HVAC. The various trades and sub-trades were professional, efficient and clearly took pride in their work.

But it is Paul's experience and attention to detail that were key to the success of this project. He patiently provided much-needed guidance with respect to design, complementary materials and colours. The result is a beautiful new designer home.

Apartment remodelling Paul's work is so great that I don't really want to let others know for fear he won't be available next time I have a project.
I had just purchased a condo that required remodelling and Paul and I sent plans, budgets, and ideas back and forth over the internet. I never met Paul or stepped on the job site until it was finished. The end result was perfect. We ended up with a completely new layout of the dining room, living room and bedroom that has worked fabulously.

The workers were very respectful of the tenant's living needs while completing the work. In addition, I was contnually kept up-to-date on timelines, which was refreshing and very much appreciated as I needed to keep my tenant informed. I have already recommended this company to a friend and will definitely use them again.

Fantastic Flooring

Floor replacement Flooring on the main floor of our house was replaced with hardwood except at the door entry, powder room and mud room. Those three areas were tiled with travertine. The carpet leading up the stairs and in the upper hallway was replaced with new carpet. Also, the floor boards were screwed down, baseboards replaced, drywall repaired, electrical re-wired, curtain rods hung, and a water line extended to the new fridge. My husband is familiar with Paul's work, having seen his many commercial projects. Paul is very familiar with renovation trends, organized, meticulous and precise about doing the best possible job. Trusty sidekick Joe wields his handyman craftsmanship to perfection. In hiring Paul we confidently put our trust in him and he did not let us down.

Absolutely Stunning!

2nd Floor Addition & Main Floor Renovation Paul turned our typical 60-year old 4-level side split home into a stunning multi-level home. It all started with the idea of blowing out the back of the kitchen to give us more of an eating area and turned out to be a 2nd floor addition giving us two additional bedrooms and ensuite washrooms, converting two small washrooms into a larger one and blowing out the basement and of course a fabulous kitchen and dining area, that is an entertainer's dream!

Paul ensured that since this was an addition, that the renovated areas kept with the “originality” of the home. The home’s new open concept areas and tall ceilings flow smoothly from room to room.

Paul and his team were conscientious to the fact that as a family with 3 children the project needed to be completed on time. Paul kept us informed at all times, and his foreman, Joe and team were efficient and meticulous. Never have I seen a construction site so tidy and clean at the end of the workday.

We would highly and without reservation recommend Paul Morra Projects to anyone contemplating a building or renovating project – big or small it will be in the best of hands.

Reno of Victorian home. Dated electrical, plumbing and plaster was updated in a creative reno process that turned a tired old Victorian into a 'wow' loft-like environment. I've worked with Paul a number of times and have developed a great working relationship. It's wonderful to be able to trust your contractor!

Complete house renovation Paul Morra and his foreman Joe do incredible work, there is no better. We bought a 3200 sq foot re-sale house and hired Paul to gut the entire house and make it brand new. Our time line was critical to us 4 weeks and two days. You made our dream home happen on time. I mean everything was done all four bathrooms,new kitchen. Paul removed walls,replaced all floors and installed over 60 pot lights,scraped all ceilings to remove the stucco and finished them flat.If you need renovation work done you have found the best "Paul Morra Projects Inc".
