Penfolds came through as promised - respond
“I purchased a very old house in Vancouver that needed a new roof. The last roofers went over the old roof, and that did not feel right to me. I researched many companies and products and settled on Penfolds. They showed up 3 weeks later, and started to tear off the old roof. They found that there was some rotten wood near the gutters, but did the repair at cost. They also replaced the gutters, and repaired the chimney. The finished roof makes it look like a new house. The salesman came around with a supervisor and went over every detail of the roof with me. I was satisfied at their explanation of how the roof was done. They both helped clean up the yard, including running a magnet through the gardens to pick up staples and nails. I was very impressed that the salesguy and his supervisor were willing to get their hands dirty. I will recommend Penfolds Roofing to all my friends and neighbours!!”

“We chose Penfolds to replace our roof because of their reputation and they actually exceeded our expectations. They were not the least expensive or the most expensive of the quotes we received. Ten years after the work was completed, the roof is still perfect.”

Don't believe everything you hear - respond
“They were informative, but took their time with the installation. Overall I am happy with the product. The price was competitive, but they did not meet all of my requests. Do not believe all the claims that they make because they may not come true. Do your homework!”
