We service and install all brands of heating, air conditioning and indoor air quality equipment. Our service and installation departments are staffed with highly skilled and trained technicians with Refrigeration licenses 313A & 313D, Sheet Metal, Gas Technician Licenses G1, G2 and G3, and Oil Technicians OBT1. We are also licensed by the CGC as Certified Geothermal Designers and Installers.
We are members of HRAI (http://www.hrac.ca/pages/), carry $2,000,000.00 liability insurance, WSIB, and are licensed by the TSSA.

“Premi-Air replaced our oil burner with a gas burner, took care of the removal of the old system, and installed a new gas barbeque. It is an exceptionally fine company to work with. Staff are professional, highly informed about their product, reliable, on-time and on-schedule, exceedingly conscientious, and pleasant. Joseph Simon is a good communicator with those who do not understand the work, and is genuinely enthusiastic about the value and ingenuity of the product. When even a slight problem arises, the company responds immediately, and does not give up until it is diagnosed and solved. Top marks! ”

Would use Premi again in a heartbeat !
“It was a cold day in March 2008....the furnace stops working...I call 6 repair people, Premi is the only one to be able to show up in short notice. They come within 2 minutes of when they said they would...with a very knowlegeable repair guy...furnace was dead. They were able to have someone at the house at 9am the next morning to install the new furnace ! Very nice people, knowledgeable reapir guys, and imagine, they even show up on time ! I would use them again (hopefully I won't have to) in a heartbeat !”

Professional and Friendly Service
“These guys really know what they are doing. Joe provided excellent service from planning to commissioning of our snowmelter system. He is knowledgeable, honest and very organized which made coordination with the concrete crew seamless. Joe made sure that we understood all the details of the operation of our system and is always available to help us if we have any questions. Now we can watch our neighbours struggling to clear their driveways while we watch our snowfree driveway from the comfort of our home.”

Great Service
“We recently converted the heating in our house from oil to gas and Joe helped us every step of the way. He provided assistence in our gas line application prior to agreeing on the contract. During the installation, my wife went into labour and Joe and his crew took care of everything and left the house in good shape at the end of the job. Premi-Air excellent service
“Premi Air dealt with our water tank "emergency" promptly. Their staff is knowledgeable and courteous. When it was determined a replacement tank was required they quoted and installed immediately. The installers were first rate, removed all debris and tested the newly installed tank onsite. Our thanks to Victor, Dave, Mark and John. Great service, thank you.”
