Don't hire Frank - respond

“Supposidly a professional painter painted my whole house with latex paint over oil paint and did not prime anything. We had 3 gallons of primer that he did not use. A couple of weeks after the painting was done I noticed my walls etc were chipping badly, all I had to do was touch a wall and the paint would come off. After speaking with friends I discovered what the problem was Frank painted latex over oil and didn't know the difference. The real kicker is when I spoke to Frank regarding the issue he refused to repair or fix the anything. My whole house now needs to be sanded and repainted.”
