Roto Rooter Plumbing And Drain Service

I had a sewer backup on Christmas day. Called Roto-Rooter and they sent Mike K over within 3 hours to fix the problem. Mike was helpful and clean and didn't waste any time. Job well done!

We had experienced a plugged laundry sink an early Saturday morning that resulted in contacting Roto-Rooter to snack out the line to the house's main. Their technician Mike K, arrived on time and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, diligent in his work, clean and very friendly. I would strongly recommend this company for all your home plumbing/drain needs.

We recently had the drainage problem solved in our home. We needed to have new pipes installed and the Technicians involved were pleasant and respectful of two "old folk" and very professional. We would be happy to have them work in our home again if the need arises.

Had a toy stuck in the toilet, and had a broken sump pump. Jordan, new to Roto Rooter, was respectful maintained his distance and wore appropriate PPE, was efficient in working the issue, assessing next steps, clear on pricing and fast follow up. He even was able to fix the sump pump without having to replace, big cost saver. Thank you for your honest and professionalism Jordan.

Matthew C. came to our home and immediately made us feel comfortable with him being here and what he was going to do. He explained problems in kitchen sinks and made recommendations for general up keep of the drains. A very nice person, who explained everything to us. Our main drain in the laundry room kept backing up every time someone flushed the toilet. After trying to use a small snake ourselves without success, we decided to call Roto Rooter. Using the camera, Jordan was able to see that the blockage was solely at the point of intersection between our clay pipes and the pvc pipes that they had installed four years ago when we put in a back water valve. It was a quick and easy fix, a bit pricey, but at least we know what the problem is! Jordan explained everything very clearly and went about his work professionally.

I called Roto-Rooter for a back-up problem I just found. It took a while to get a service technician over the house and well beyond their initial promised window, even after multiple calls. The technician they sent, Mike K. was great though. He did a good job and explained everything thoroughly as well. The rating of 4 stars is really a 2-3 star for the office and a 5 start for the technician. Heads up, they aren't cheap though.

We just moved in to a new place and had nothing but trouble with the drain the kitchen. No amount of "liquid plumber" helped. This morning it was completely blocked. I called roto rooter and Matt came out to our place within a few hours! He was on time and was very professional. He did a very thorough job snaking out the drain from several places in the house. It turned out to be a really bad clog from years of the previous owners dumping grease/oil down the drain. Their service isn't cheap - but to be honest, you get your money's worth - it is not an easy (or clean) job and they really know what they are doing. They are also very good about responding very quickly to calls, so this is also factored in. Thanks again!

Our upstairs toilet had gradually escalated from a mild drip to me having to drain a pan several times a day. We were nervous about having someone over during the pandemic but Matthew C was absolutely fantastic. Professional, friendly, fast and helpful. Fixed the problem quickly and gave us some great advice that went above and beyond. Money well spent.
