Great quality and service on multiple projects.
multiple residential projects We have hired Drew and team for painting services on a number of projects and we will continue to retain their services on future projects.
As custom home builders and renovators (see General Contractor category - Paul Morra Projects Inc.), we strive to provide a high level of quality and service for all our clients. We expect nothing less from our various trades and we are very pleased with the work Drew's team has performed to date.
Whether exterior or interior finishing, the entire team is knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. We are very glad to have them as part of our project team.
Drew is trustworthy and reliable, and we have enjoyed discussions on site with Frank and Anthony, both of whom are very skilled and courteous individuals.
I would not hesitate to call upon them for an future projects.

Simply... a Masterpiece
3 Staircases and Kitchen Shutters The three centre hall staircases (60+ stairs) that run from the basement up to the third floor are not only the centrepieces of our Georgian style home in Heritage Estates, they are now masterpieces thanks to Drew and his team. When we bought the house the railings and spindels were all light brown oak and with the floors it was "a lotta oak". So we decided to do the spindels and risers in off-white with a black high gloss banister on top. Drew and his guys knew what to do... sanding, taping and spraying the spindels with primer. Then on to Farrow & Ball for the high-gloss railing. Anthony used his magical artistic "free-hand" brilliance to do the railing ... and Frank was fabulous in his own regard. Our first railing coat was a high-gloss black-grey and I have to admit we didn't really take to it ... the grey just didn't go. We asked if we could switch to high-gloss black and Drew said "no problem" and he and his team were able to finish it off without any extra fuss or muss with the second coat. They also sanded/painted two large california shutters in our kitchen and finished off the kitchen ceiling and trim. Everything looks great - special thanks for being so cheery each day, your patience with our change and making everything look great!~

Drew the "Charmer"
paint 3 floors in 4500 sq ft home plus garage frame and 2 side doors I have been waiting since last summer for Drew to complete the job. My garage frame and 2 side doors remain unfinished. Drew promised to do the whole house in 3 weeks between June and Aug '07. He left in December promising to return in spring to complete outside work. When I called him in May '08 he said it wasn't part of the deal but for me he'll come back to do the job! Tried to get away with wrong paint colour in laundry room - I heard his worker say, "I knew she'd notice". Ruined kitchen walls with sloppy treatment over wallpaper. Left huge empty paint containers and rags for me to throw away.
He is incapable of painting a large home and doesn't keep his word.

Quality work at a reasonable cost
Interior painting Drew and his team did a great job painting our 830 sq ft condo. They were polite, professional, and effecient, but most importantly did some very quality work. Drew was even helpful in deciding which colours/textures to go with. I would gladly reccomend this company's work to my family and friends!

Very good job
Repainting of a newly purchased house Drew and his team did an amazing job, completing the work on time and on budget. The quality was exceptionally high, in spite of complicating factors (we had to use very specific paint, etc.). Highly recommended.

Painted entire home excluding basement My wife and I, okay truthfully myself, finally started the task of getting our home professionally painted after looking at white walls and exposed wood trim for quite sometime. Now the challenge was finding the right painting contractor to do the job. We met with several companies who all appeared qualified, and of course we had a range of quotes for the project. We thought we might have a tough time until we met Drew from Signature Painting. We knew he was the right choice as soon as we met. Drew is very personable, honest and extremely knowledgeable about his profession which made the decision very easy. Thanks to Drew, his lovely wife Michelle, and his terrific crew of Anthony and Frank who did an AMAZING job transforming our home from a boring white shell to a beautiful HOME. My daughter is also thrilled with the texture treatment that Drew recommended in her room, the results were fantastic. Thank you guys for going above the call of duty to fix the many imperfections on the walls, it really demonstrates Signature Painting's level of quality workmanship and professionalism. There were a few additional things fixed that were not part of the agreement, at no charge, which was greatly appreciated. Also the team spent longer on the project than planned trying to get the job done right, which again is a testament to the company's dedication and commitment. THANK YOU once again Drew, Anthony and Frank for an outstanding job. We would not hesitate in recommending Signature Painting to anyone in need of a quality job with a smile!

Signature Painting was great!
HOUSE INTERIOR PAINTING We just had Drew and he clan paint our house and the results were excellent. They finished our house in 5 days as promised and it looks great! Due to my son's asthma and my allergies and pregnancy we chose zero voc paint and both my son and I were completely fine during and after the painting. Excellent Job!!!!

Signature quality, on time and on budget
Home Painting Drew and the Signature Painting team painted the complete interior of our home, and the results have been excellent. From the removal of wall paper and chair rail, to making the plethora of big and small holes in our walls disappear, Signature Painting did it with great attention to detail. The quality of the work and the delivery was outstanding- on time, and on budget. Moreover, when we thought that one of the rooms did not appear to be finished correctly, Frank and Anthony came back the following day and ensured it was fixed flawlessly. Kudos to you and your team Drew, we wouldn't hesitate to call you again for any painting job at our home.

Workmanship
Paint whole house I am totally impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. I love their technique of sanding down the walls before and after painting. This technique makes a great difference on the outcome of the wall and finish. To do these extra steps it really show how much they take their work seriously and with care. We love their work. I have proudly recommended them to my family, friends and neighbors. Thanks to Drew, Michelle, Anthony and Frank.

Signature was exceptional and genuine people.
We had Drew and the guys paint our living room, dining room, and hallway doors included. We were impressed from the get go, of the immediate visit to do an estimatiom, suggestions for colour, even for a picture to be framed.They got everything and brought all the equipment , which did not happen with someone else. Friendly, courteous, fun ,professional.FABULOUS JOB AND DONE IN GREAT TIME.Would hire again.Thanks guys.
