Bob and his team provided excellent service, and had the job done quickly. Excellent value for money.

I called Bob and he came over right away and quoted me. Everything he told me that he was going to do he did. Right from the day the workers and materials arrived up to the removal of the garbage bin. They did a fantastic job. If you need a roof, Bob is your guy and Smart Roofing is the company. You won't be disappointed.!!!

Our roof was about 17 years old and in bad condition. So, we contacted Smart Roofing and Bob was able to come over that same day. He told us what was wrong and that we had to have our roof replaced as soon as possible. He told us all that would be done to bring our new roof up to today’s standards and was very confident about everything that would need to be done by the roof installation team. The installation team arrived that next Monday morning and did everything that needed to be done in a single day. Once the roof was installed, they made sure to properly clean up all around the house. They assured to us that everything was installed and done properly. The next day Bob came over for a final inspection of everything done which was definitely appreciated. We never felt any bad pressure to sign the contract when he first came over. We felt confident that we made the right decision choosing Smart Roofing. Bob is very knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding with all of the questions we had. Also, the installation team themselves are considerate and hardworking. Just very professional and great workmanship overall. We are very satisfied with our new roof and will definitely recommend Smart Roofing to our friends/family in the future.

Needed flat roof over garage repaired, long over due. Bob was very professional and courteous. This to me was a big job, previous owners built a deck on top of the garage so all the railing needed to be torn off, rotting support beams and flashing that needed to be replaced. He gave me an idea of cost depending on what they found once they started the job so there were no surprises. Kept in contact with me as the job progressed. So surprised, took not quite 3 days- may had been less if it wasn't for the amount of rain we had that week. The crew was great. Even the area around the garage was cleaned up and swept before they left. I didn't have to lift a finger. Bob was easy to speak to, he took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done to do the job correctly. You can tell he takes pride in his profession. Great job done by everyone from the office crew to the 'pit' crew. Highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed, they work with you.

We hired Smart Roofing several years ago to replace the ridge caps and eaves troughs and were quite pleased with their work. This year we needed to replace the shingles and some damaged wood on our home. The entire crew was extremely professional and thorough from the receptionist to the sales department to the installers. They kept us informed at each stage from the install date, (due to the inclement weather) to additional repairs required. They ensured the jobsite was clean and safe at all times for everyone. We were very impressed with their workmanship. We would highly recommend this company to our family and friends.

Very impressed! Starting with Bob the salesman who had no problem assessing what we needed done by going up on the roof. He gave us a quote and showed us the tiles he would be using. The team arrived first thing in the morning and were professional and courteous. They did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. My wife and I would highly recommend this company

We did our roof in may 2012. We are very glad that we did it with Smart Roofing. Our neighbor was already fixing her roof two times. Special thanks for Jerry, for his advice about doing some valley. He is a real pro! It cost us some extra money but it was worth it every penny! We have no problem with water leaking like our neighbor. They did excellent job. After 9 years our roof looks like new. I would definitely recommend it.

Bob and team replaced our roof in 2016. Recently, we had some issues that needed attention due to the weather and the age of our house. Bob came immediately and did the necessary repairs efficiently, all based on their excellent warranty. He was clear about the issue and also answered my questions very concisely. I am ecstatic about my decision...almost 2 decades ago!!!...to get Smart Roofing to re-shingle our roof. In the ensuing years EVERY neighbour has replaced their roofs twice. So I once again (as I have done a few times) request a company representative to inspect my roof...after all these years it HAS to be necessary,no? Bob Morgan comes as requested and by the time I can answer the doorbell he is up his ladder and talking to me from my roof. He walks the entire roof, looking everywhere for problems and returns to earth with a "I really want to sell you a new roof, but I Cannot. Your roof is still good for another couple of years. No cracking. No curling. Very little granular loss. It looks like it is only a few years old but I know it cannot be because that shingle type is no longer manufactured." In 2 years the roof supplied and applied by Smart will be well over 20 years old!! Bob goes back to the truck, Grabs a hammer. Climbs again and commences tapping down nails on the 33 year old flashing to make things look better. "Hope to see ya again in 2 years" For sure, in 2 years, I will call Smart again. What can I say? I know I bought from them years ago based on a very competitive price and also their reputation. The price per year has to be THE BEST for sure, and the service reputation is so deserved. Bob and his crew were all efficient and professional, even on a cold, windy day - the job was completed quickly and they cleaned up to the point you didn't even know they were there. Bob is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet not to mention I never had any doubt that he could be trusted to do a good job. We will contact Smart Roofing for any future roofing work we may need done and are very happy with our new eaves and fascia - job well done! Thank you Smart Roofing..
