Poor repair job - respond

“They had the right part but did not install properly causing the washer to fill only half way. When asked about the obvious outcome, they stated it would be another service call to fit it correctly. When telling them they did not install it correctly the first time, they did not make the effort or offer to fix it correctly without charging me for another service call.”
