STUDENT WORKS PAINTING - respond

“no prep work done- contract stated pressure wash, scrape, sand, fill, caulk, puddy. Did not wipe off dust. My husband & I spent a full day doing majority of the prep work. The crew in a hurry to get to the next job scheduled 2 days to paint 1 1/2 storey home. Missed areas, only 1 coat of paint on some areas of the house, paint all over the yard, on the carpet, windows were not cut in, paint on soffits & facia - a real mess! When I hired this contractor I was assured that I would get a professional job done - NOT! Painting is 99% prep work & balance is the painting which any fool can do. I have pictures to show what kind of job they do.”
