Amazing Customer Service!
“I purchased a large closet organizer system from Sunburst this year for my new condo's walk in closet. Bob, the salesman, was extremely accomodating, professional and helpful in working out the design with me. After the in-house visit, he answered my subsequent emails promptly at all hours of the day, patiently making suggestions for improvements and ways to cut costs, and providing quotes for the several different iterations of the design I came up with. The installers were polite, professional and clean. Sunburst has the kind of customer service that you would have expected 50 years ago but don't see much of anymore...unfortunately!”

“We highly recommend Mark and his team. Mark considered the look and functionality to be achieved of each different type of window covering required in each renovated room. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the fabrics recommended, the excellent workmanship and the inclusion of the custom details we incorporated. Our installations included faux wood blinds to sheers to skylight covering and each window treatment was a perfect compliment to our renovated rooms. Where there was a concern or a problem it was resolved quickly. The quoted price and installation timeframe was realistic. The superior quality of materials, workmanship and precision installation shows. We look forward to working with Sunburst again in our new home.”
